In Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Blue, even as an infant, recognizes Owen's position as leader, and greatly looks up to him, and protects him from the Indoraptor, as she is present when he attempts to attack and kill him.
They are struggled to decide of whether Maisie should return to society in order for her to have a life yet fearing of losing her. Owen is reunited with Blue, who has set up her nest nearby and has now had a daughter, Beta, through asexual reproduction.
As Blue turns back to Owen and the others in fuller view, there is a moment when Owen purposefully shakes his head 'No'. The battle being over, Blues instincts could return to normal, but with his parental figure Owen saying no he realizes they are all family – not food – and runs off as well.
What did Owen say to Blue at the end of Jurassic World?
At the end of Jurassic World, after the handicap fight between Blue, T-Rex vs. I-Rex, when the T-Rex leaves, Blue looks at Owen, Owen then nods no, to which Blue runs off.
Sadly, the three died, and Blue was the only survivor. After this, Delta, Echo, and Charlie were cloned and introduced to Blue. Each raptor had the DNA of other animals in their genes with Blue having Black-throated monitor lizard, Charlie having Green Iguana, and Delta having the DNA of birds.
In 2018, Delta, as already stated to be incinerated, was confirmed dead, alongside Echo and Charlie. Blue is the last surviving raptor of the pack. The only time she, Echo, and Charlie are shown alive, is in a video of her and her pack being trained by Owen as infants.
Four years later, Blue lived in the Sierra Nevada mountains with a hatchling by parthenogenesis, Beta, while observing Owen, Claire, and Maisie living together from a distance. When Blue made herself and her offspring known, Beta and Maisie were both taken by Biosyn.
While the film's end was a hard confirmation that Blue and Owen's relationship was deep, between a human and dinosaur, her nesting spot was the first real tease. Blue could've chosen anywhere to nest with her child, but instead, she decided to nest close to Owen, perhaps because she still felt safest with him.
A film can only be so long, so it is common to see roles dialed back in big film franchises to make room for other roles. However, the primary reason for Blue's downgraded role is the raptor's offspring, Beta.
This genetic gap-filler enables parthenogenesis – the spontaneous development of embryos from unfertilized eggs. After some time freely roaming, Blue decided she wasn't content being the last of her pack and asexually reproduced, giving birth to Beta in the time between Fallen Kingdom and Jurassic World: Dominion.
It turns out that Blue has been able to asexually reproduce due to the monitor lizard DNA within her system, and has given birth to a daughter named Beta. Blue and Beta live in the wilderness near the cabin where Grady lives with Claire Deering (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Maisie Lockwood (Isabella Sermon).
Blue was never the Alpha of the Velociraptor pack commonly known as “Raptor Squad”. At every point in the movie Jurassic World (2015), Blue served as the Beta, acting as a sort of second-in-command to the pack's alpha. The position of alpha changed a few times throughout the course of the movie.
In Jurassic World, Blue is the oldest of the four Velociraptors trained by Owen Grady for a research program on Isla Nublar, the site of a new theme park.
Goals. Keep her loved ones safe (succeeded with Owen, but failed with her three sisters). Help catch the Indominus rex (indirectly succeeded). Defeat and kill the Indoraptor for harming Owen Grady.
Charlie was one of the Velociraptors that are being trained by Owen Grady that appears in Jurassic World. She met her end when she got blown up by an InGen Security Trooper after turning on the humans during the assault on the Indominus rex. She was the youngest of the four trained raptors.
Beta is a juvenile Velociraptor and the offspring of Blue, who made her debut in Jurassic World: Dominion. Henry Wu explains that Beta was born asexually due to the monitor lizard DNA in Blue's genetic makeup.
Jurassic World may have been originally imagined as a trilogy, but the franchise isn't extinct yet. A fourth film in the sequel series to Jurassic Park has been green-lit ahead of a summer 2025 release. It will be the seventh blockbuster in the franchise overall, and the first since 2022's Jurassic World: Dominion.
The exact date on which Blue was created and the date on which she hatched are unknown. She was stated to be six years old as of May 15, 2018; this means that she hatched on May 15, 2012 at the latest. She was roughly eight weeks old on Day 176 of the I.B.R.I.S.
Not really. Blue simply needed blood transfusion so that she could survive. There's nothing mutagenic in the T-Rex's blood, so she's otherwise alright.
Will there be a sequel after Jurassic World Dominion?

A popular fan theory is that Owen Grady is the Volunteer Boy at the Dig Site in Jurassic Park whom Dr. Alan Grant scares after he calls a recently uncovered Velociraptor "a six-foot turkey". The actor of Volunteer Boy, however, jokingly, refutes this stating it is his role alone.
Owen Grady was a former Navy SEAL now a dinosaur researcher and trainer employed by Jurassic World. He's one of two main protagonists in The Die Hard Series, the other being Claire Dearing. He conducted a behavioral research on Velociraptors and in a lesser extent few other dinosaurs. He is portrayed by Chris Pratt.
