How did Wilson Fisk find out Matt Murdock is Daredevil?
He argued that Fisk only found out after the prison escape—while watching the footage of him fighting. But I'm not convinced. He already suspected him a little after they met in the jail during season 2 when Matt threw a punch at him.
Eventually, Silke learns that Daredevil's real identity is Matt Murdock, and the reason Kingpin won't let Matt be touched is due to the rivalry he has with Daredevil. Silke is absolutely dumbfounded that Kingpin knows who Daredevil is and still hasn't made a move, but it's not just Kingpin who knows.
It's very rare that someone figures out that Daredevil is blind without it being tied to a full-on secret identity reveal. The best example I can think of is this great moment from one of the Daredevil/Batman crossovers.
Also, Frank suspected that daredevil was blind from episode three, but by episode nine he clearly has an epiphany and concludes that Matt Murdock is daredevil. Frank clearly wasn't surprised it was Matt when he gunned down those ninjas in the finale, when he obviously saw Matt's face through his sniperscope.

Trivia. Frank's nickname for Matt is "Red", due to the color of the Daredevil suit. Matt and Karen are the only characters Frank truly opens up to about his traumas, leading them both to develop soft spots for the humanity of a man that no other characters see.
Spider-Man nearly fell from a rooftop and admitted to Daredevil that he lost his vision and that he felt useless. Daredevil helped Spider-Man learn to rely on his other senses to navigate while web-slinging.
Compensating for the loss of his sight, Daredevil has four superhuman senses: tactile (touch); olfactory (smell); auditory (hearing); and gustatory (taste). His fingertips can feel the faint ink impressions on a printed page, allowing him to read by touch.
This has been far from the only time that Daredevil has regained his eyesight. Once it was given to him by the Beyonder and another time he regained it by switching bodies with Doctor Doom. During another instance with Moondragon, she gave Matt his sight back to help her.
In Daredevil season 2's finale, "A Cold Day in Hell's Kitchen," the Punisher helps Daredevil and Elektra Natchios battle Nobu and the Hand, and Murdock and Castle manage to defeat them despite Elektra's death.
At the same time, Fisk found himself rattled after a meeting with Karen Page; she told him Karen telling him she was the one who had killed his colleague, and trusted friend, James Wesley. Fisk ordered Karen's death and sent Poindexter, again dressed as Daredevil, to take care of her.
With the Albanians' help, Matt fights off inmates and guards working for Fisk and escapes the prison but is driven off a dock by an unknown taxi driver. When Fisk learns that Matt survived the submerged taxi, he tells the FBI that he has a criminal fixer named Matt Murdock.
When Daredevil's identity is outed to the press by an assistant of Ben Urich, Murdock fakes his death. Karen and Foggy later find Matt still alive, in a state of stupor, in his yellow Daredevil uniform but without the mask. Foggy finally realizes Matt's secret identity. They reconcile and become law partners again.
After his properties were stormed by authorities, Fisk was arrested, but very nearly evaded justice following a breakout attempt by the mercenary groups on his payroll. Fortunately, Daredevil intervened and engaged Fisk in a brutal one-on-one fight, which ended in the latter's defeat.
#8, Spider-Man villain Electro learns that Daredevil is blind and tells the world. Since criminals now know how to overwhelm his super senses, Daredevil agrees to an operation that restores his sight – but takes away his superhuman senses.
Daredevil is blind, and his other senses are raised to superheroic proportions. Last month, I eagerly consumed the entire season of Netflix's original series, Daredevil.
Although the character is blind, his remaining four senses function with superhuman accuracy and sensitivity, giving him abilities far beyond the limits of a sighted person. Few characters know that the hero cannot see. Daredevil developed a Radar-Sense, as well as echolocation.
It is easier to prevent an attack with the spiderman's "spider's sense" or with the "sixth sense / radar" of Daredevil? Daredevil because his hearing can travel pretty far. Stan Lee himself stated that Daredevil's Radar Sense is better than Spider-Man's Spider-Sense.
Daredevil is a Marvel-owned character. For him to appear in the movie as anything more than that would have required modifications to the agreement between Sony and Marvel. This appearance was there to make fans happy to see him, and to tease his inclusion in future Marvel projects.
Daredevil fought Electro alongside Spider-Man when Electro figured out he was blind after setting off an extremely bright flare in front of his face. Spidey didn't believe it, and asked Daredevil what color Electro's costume was, confirming the suspicion.
However, the Punisher knew that his attacker was not a criminal and when he finally got the upper hand and managed to pull out his gun, he chooses not to kill Daredevil. Instead, Punisher shot Daredevil in the helmet, ensuring the wound was not fatal, before escaping.
When Matt's older and he adopts his secret persona and begins to seek vengeance, he creates his suit from the boxing robes his father once wore. That's where the yellow color began. The Netflix series stayed fairly true to this origin.
The Punisher is infamous for killing his foes, and as a result hardly any other Marvel superhero will work with him. Castle's motivations for killing have always stemmed from tragically losing his family to violence - but even Daredevil can see that Frank has taken his revenge mission too far this time.
