The two are usually shown together many times through the series, including the film Batman Beyond: Return of the Joker. However, as the Justice League Unlimited episode "Epilogue" reveals, Terry ultimately grows into full acceptance of his role as Batman, and somewhere along the line discloses his secret to Dana.
In JLU's “Epilogue,” however, viewers learned that Terry and Dana's relationship had not only continued for 15 years but that Dana had finally learned Terry was Batman. However, Terry feared that marrying Dana would make her a target, and even considered breaking up with her while investigating his origin.
Terry and Dana's relationship becomes so strong that Terry finally reveals to Dana his secret identity as Batman, showing he has great trust in her to know his secret and to keep their relationship alive.
