Boba was an unaltered clone of Jango Fett, and consequently, the brother of Omega. However, it is unknown if Omega and Fett ever met, or how Fett felt about Omega being an another creation of his father's genetics, despite being an unaltered clone like him.
Therefore, if Omega is the same as Boba, she's at least 13, if not 14 or older during Season 3. But if she was cloned after Boba, she's still likely within that 12 to 13-year-old age frame during the third and final season. New episodes of Star Wars: The Bad Batch Season 3 premiere on Wednesdays on Disney+.
The episode "Bounty Lost" reveals that Boba's original code name is Alpha, and that Omega, an enhanced female clone who joined Clone Force 99 after the rise of the Empire, is a second unaltered replication of Jango and, therefore, Boba's sister.
The animated series The Bad Batch further reveals two daughters of Jango to have been grown alongside Boba, without Jango's knowledge: Omega and Emerie Karr.

Why doesn't Omega look like Jango Fett?
In canon, the commandos of Clone Force 99, a.k.a. “The Bad Batch,” had varying physiques due to their modifications or cybernetics. Boba Fett was unique among Jango's clones for having no differences from his template, as an unaltered clone. Another unaltered clone, Omega, is a female version of Jango Fett.
Sintas Vel was a female Kiffar from the planet Kiffu, who became a bounty hunter at a young age. It would be during her career as a bounty hunter that Sintas would meet fellow bounty hunter Boba Fett, whom she fell in love with and later married when she was eighteen years old.
Omega, a female clone of Jango Fett, was said to be the only clone with unaltered DNA other than Boba Fett, who was as a son to Jango rather than just another clone. However, The Bad Batch season 2 finale revealed that Emerie Karr, one of Dr. Hemlock's scientists, is also a clone.
As the only clone whose body has sustained M-counts, the Empire needed Omega. Dr. Hemlock says so very explicitly in "Juggernaut," telling her, "You are a vital piece to our work here, Omega." Yet, their two-part plan still required one other source.
Ailyn Vel was a near-Human bounty hunter, the daughter of Boba Fett and Sintas Vel and the granddaughter of Jango Fett. When Ailyn was just a baby, her father, Boba, was forced to leave her and her mother. By the time she was sixteen, her mother disappeared, leaving her alone.
Omega's Jedi Story Could Be Told, Just Not In The Bad Batch
As the show concluded, Omega informed Hunter that she would be joining the Rebellion as a pilot. Given the Bad Batch finale's place in the Star Wars timeline, this would put Omega in the Rebellion prior to A New Hope.
The Empire can form an army of Force-sensitive clone troopers using their specimens and Omega's blood. As Omega is one of a kind, if she's re-captured, she would likely remain in the Empire's custody for as long as she's needed, which could be years.

However, Lucasfilm decided to officially revive him in The Mandalorian. He even landed his own spinoff series, The Book of Boba Fett. Omega may never meet Boba Fett on The Bad Batch, but perhaps she could appear in live-action down the lIne. The first two episodes of The Bad Batch season 2 are now streaming on Disney+.
While Omega is the character viewers are the most attached to, she is actually the least likely to go the way of many clones before her. Omega will survive The Bad Batch for the same reason Grogu will outlive The Mandalorian: children are watching.

Even though Omega's a clone born on Kamino like the rest of the clone army, it's explained that she's the result of a genetic mutation even more extreme than the ones displayed by the members of the Bad Batch. For one thing, she's a girl while the rest of the clones are all male.
Is Grogu Yoda? According to the events of "The Mandalorian" so far, Grogu and Yoda are not the same character. They are simply from the same species. The name of this species has never been revealed since "Star Wars" creator George Lucas wanted to give Yoda a sense of mystery.
At some point before 16 BBY, Boba met Sintas Vel, a Kiffar bounty hunter. In an attempt at a normal life, he married her. The two later conceived a child, Ailyn Vel, who was born in 15 BBY. Fett's job allowed for few attachments, and the relationship was strained despite the love between Boba and Sintas.
According to Star Wars Adventures #4-6, a Star Wars Gamer article, and the Star Wars Tales #7 comic, Boba Fett is said to be married to Sintas with a daughter named Ailyn Vel. Ailyn wears Boba Fett armor during the Young Jedi Knight books.
