A Spinosaurus. Heavily built and fearsome with a broad snout bearing two head crests on each side and a large sail on its back, Spinosaurus is one of the largest, if not, the largest known theropod dinosaur and land carnivore to have ever existed, measuring at around 15 meters in length and up to four tons in weight.
Colin Trevorrow said that the Spinosaurus "doesn't make it out of Camp Cretaceous", implying it was killed by Big and Little Eatie after they chased it off, hence the Spinosaurus's absence from Jurassic World: Dominion.

If they wanted to follow movie cannon, the Spino in JP3 is 3 feet longer than Rexy the largest Rex in the films at 40 feet. In real life Spino was 10-15 feet longer, and even in JPOG the Spino was significantly larger.

The sex of this dinosaur has been given as both male and female in various supplementary materials, but in Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous is referred to as a male. Since this is the only time the spinosaur's sex has been implied onscreen, we will follow this convention.

It is none other than Giganotosaurus carolinii, the largest carnivore known to date and the new villain of Jurassic World Dominion, the latest film in the Jurassic Park saga.
The Giganotosaurus also developed a rivalry with the sanctuary's Tyrannosaurus, and the Tyrannosaurus would eventually kill the Giganotosaurus with the aid of a Therizinosaurus.
The Therizinosaurus seen in Dominion was confirmed by Dominion's animators team that it's blinded at the right eye. It has severe Cataracts and Corneal opacity. But many fans think it's blinded in both eyes. However, if notice it carefully, its left eye was still able to function normally.
Interestingly for a large theropod, Giganotosaurus' eyes were positioned more laterally on the skull than other large theropods, which would have reduced its binocular vision compared to them, though not eliminating it entirely.

While a similar length, the Megalodon had a much more robust body and huge jaws built for devouring whales and other large marine mammals. A Mosasaurus would not have been able to get its jaws around the much thicker body of the Megalodon. It would just take one catastrophic bite for the Megalodon to end the battle.
Despite its aforementioned strengths, the Spinosaurus is by no means without weakness. Though its jaws are very much an improvement over the marine-suited jaws of its ancestors 97 million years prior, they are not without flaws.
From what we saw from CC, Spencer is still alive. And, in fact, he is still alive and growing. He is larger than he was in JP3. So, Spencer is doing well, although recently he did get mind controlled and destroyed by a T-Rex.

Baryonyx grew to approximately 25 feet (7.6 meters) long and weighed about 1.5 tons. Its skeletal structure indicates that it was mainly bipedal, meaning that it could walk on two legs; presumably, however, it moved on all four legs (quadrupedal) at times.
