After an intense battle, the Anti-Monitor fuses the Black Racer with Flash and sends it after Darkseid. Using the fused Flash and his own powers, he kills Darkseid. With Darkseid dead, the universe is unbalanced as it has lost its God of Evil.
There are many characters that can beat Darkseid, like Yuga Khan(Darkseids Father), Perpetua, The ANti-Monitor or the Darkest Knight. Yuga Khan is Darkseid's father. Darkseids goal is to learn the anti life equation. Yuga Khan had it.

Darkseid is the God of Evil, and he's lived up to that appellation with aplomb. He commands the forces of Apokolips in their wars against New Genesis and beyond. Darkseid's will is uncontested on Apokolips and every death is done at his behest.

Darkseid does get spooked when he gets abruptly overpowered by someone he underestimates. Is Darkseid (DC Comics) afraid of anything or anybody? His father, Yuga Khan. The most powerful Old God and the most powerful of ALL Fourth World deities.
He has superhuman speed and strength, and once fought Zeus to a standstill. Thor would certainly be thwarted by Darkseid. This fearsome villain would be able to drain the lifeforce from him, and even his godly weaponry doesn't seem like it could withstand Darkseid's Omega Beams.
Although Doomsday was able to take down Darkseid easily, Superman could never. It's a fact that Darkseid isn't an easy threat to defeat. If Superman's powers ever achieved the heights of Doomsday then that would be a different story.
It's likely that if the two came to blows again, Darkseid would have an edge over Doomsday, or at least have some plan to contend with him. But it's still worth noting that in their first serious drag-out fight, Doomsday gained a decisive victory and established just how powerful he really is.
Beings like Nekron and Darkseid represent universal powers but Nekron is so beyond Darkseid it's not funny. Conventional methods of fighting him are useless and there's pretty much no beating that could actually keep him down, unlike Darkseid.

Darkseid was even called THE DEVIL on various occasions. When he said it was his “true form” it meant it was just him. All of his versions around the multiverse is merged into one making it a sort of prime emanation. There isn't different versions of him in the multiverse anymore, just him, THE TRUE HIM NOT TRUE FORM.
If it's an emanation of Darkseid (basically nearly every version of Darkseid in the multiverse, dark multiverse, and little bit beyond) I'd say Trigon is more powerful on average but there are at least a few emanations that could rival him if not possibly surpass him.
Cosmic Ghost Rider will still put up a good fight but it would be futile; none of his powers would be able to affect Darkseid. Sure, he can blast him or punch him but that's not going to do much against a god.
