Like his namesake, Spider-Man's strength and agility stand far above those of the average human, allowing him to lift nearly 10 tons and to leap and move at incredible speeds with high accuracy. He also heals faster than normal when injured, though he is not completely immune to viruses and other human ailments.
According to his official profile on Marvel.com, Spider-Man has a strength rank of four, which translates to lifting four tons with ease, and even that doesn't properly calculate how strong he is in the comics.
Spidey notes that the plane itself is 75,000 pounds and is carrying 40,000 pounds in fuel, meaning that Spider-Man lifts well over 110,000 pounds in saving the day. In a rare moment of gratitude, Spidey even gets a "thank you" from J. Jonah Jameson, then the mayor of New York.
According to a list of power levels from Marvel, Spider-Man's base strength is the ability to lift up to 25 tons. Once Peter gains the Uni-Power and becomes known as Captain Universe (an event that occurs in the Earth-91110 universe), this strength quadruples, and he is able to lift in excess of 100 tons.
In some comics, he has lifted more than 45 tons, while in some he is only able to lift 5 or 10. You could probably expect him to lift on an average of 10 to 20 tons. How overpowered is Spider-Man? He isn't really overpowered but some writers tend to make him more powerful.

Spider-Man proves his superior strength and invincibility by surviving a blast from a Hulk-fighting cannon. Spider-Man's speed and agility give him an advantage over the Hulk, who is not known for being agile. Spider-Man's unknown limits of strength make him a potentially formidable opponent for the Hulk.
Superhuman Strength – Through exercise as Jennifer She-Hulk also gains benefits from this. Jennifer is a fit woman and is regularly exercising but as her more human form she still does not overly exceed strength levels as She-Hulk she can currently lift up to and possibly over 100 tons especially when angry.
According to the most common strength ranking system used in Marvel side content, Juggernaut has always been a Level 100, meaning that he can lift over a hundred tons. Juggernaut has also defeated the Hulk on more than one occasion, so putting his strength level at well over a hundred tons wouldn't be a stretch.
In Batman #655, Bruce is shown to be bench pressing over 1000 pounds during one of his regular workouts. In Batman Odyssey #2, Bruce mentions that his maximum leg press is 2500 pounds.
In All Star Superman,He lifted 200 freaking quintillion tons with one hand & still they didn't get an upper limit of his strength yet which means his strength is theoretically limitless.
As Bruce Banner, the character is about 5 ft 9 in (1.75 m) tall and weighs 128 lbs (58.05 kg), but when transformed into the Hulk, the character stands between 7 and 8 ft (2.13 - 2.43 m) tall and weighs between 1,040 and 1,400 lbs (471.73 - 635.02 kg).
Infinite weight. He was able to lift a book which had infinite pages when he was a kid. Yeah, he did that when he was just a freaking kid. Both Odin and Bor failed to do so, yet Thor was casually able to lift the book and its infinite pages like it was nothing.
Superhuman Strength: Venom is much more physically powerful than Spider-Man, although he does not have the same amount of speed and agility, being capable of lifting at least 25 tons.
Superman can bench 5.972 sextillion metric tons. And, almost certainly more than that. At the time I first heard this, I was of course dumbfounded by the sheer magnitude of it. And back then, it just seemed the latest in a line of limitless powers he had demonstrated.
While he may not be the most physically strong of superheroes, any human host who's been transformed into the Ghost Rider gets a sizable boost in their strength, to the tune of being able to lift around 25 tons.
Superhuman Strength: Deadpool is rated as having a low degree of superhuman strength allowing him to lift 800 pounds. Peak Human Speed: Deadpool can run as fast as a trained athlete.
But, in order to reach peak human levels, one must be able to at least lift more than double their own body weight, not exceeding the 800 pounds limit. Daredevil is able to lift up to 450 pounds, though it's conceivable that he could lift even more.
