Charles Crandall "Chuckie" Finster (voiced by Christine Cavanaugh from 1991 to 2002 and Nancy Cartwright from 2002 to 2004; 2021–present) is the son of Charles "Chas" Finster, a widower and bureaucrat, and his late spouse, Melinda Finster, and is Tommy's best friend.
