Depending on whether we want to believe Filoni or Favreau, The Mandalorian Season 3 is set somewhere around 9-12 ABY, making Ahsoka somewhere between 45 and 48 in the show named after her. Not quite the teenager we first met in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, but far from Yoda's advanced age.
At this point in the timeline, Ahsoka was 14 years old. As the animated movie took place in the same year as Attack of the Clones, this puts Anakin at 19 years old, creating a five-year age gap between him and Ahsoka. It's easy to forget just how young Ahsoka was when she became a Padawan.
Considering that Ahsoka was born in 36 BBY, this makes her around 46 at the time of The Mandalorian. This makes her older than Din Djarin, but still younger than Grogu.

Is Grogu older than Darth Vader?
If I didn't miscalculate, I'd say Grogu was born in the same year as Anakin: Grogu is 50 years old in "The Mandalorian" which takes place about 9 years after A New Hope, meaning he was 41 years old during ANH, which would make him 22 years old during ROTS which is the same age Anakin/Vader was at at that time.
Baby Yoda is 50 years old at the beginning of "The Mandalorian." Though his age seems old, Grogu is still developmentally a child, and this is due to how slow his species matures.
In Ahsoka, Ezra will be significantly older than he was in Rebels, approximately 28 years old. He has been away from his friends and the known regions of the galaxy for about a decade.
Kylo was born in 5 ABY (After the Battle of Yavin). The battle occurred at the end of Star Wars: A New Hope and marked the destruction of the first Death Star. The Force Awakens was said to have taken place in 34 ABY, making Kylo 29 years old when he made his onscreen Star Wars debut.
During the time frame of the third season of The Mandalorian, Ben Solo (Kylo Ren) would be roughly 6 years old. He is the son of Princess Leia Organa and Han Solo.
Depending on where you search, Ahsoka's species, the Togruta, have an average life span of 82 to 94 years. And some sites claim powerful Force-using Togruta can live for up to 200 years.
Ahsoka's new villain, Shin Hati, is a Dark Jedi Padawan who wields an orange lightsaber and fights alongside Baylan Skoll. Shin Hati is stronger than Sabine Wren, although she is not as powerful as Ahsoka Tano.
Summary. Ahsoka's refusal to train Grogu is attributed to her fear of his strong attachment to Din, which could lead him to the dark side. Ahsoka's pattern of struggling to maintain commitment in her training relationships is evident through her history with Sabine and her own training with Anakin.
Once she defeated Palpatine, Rey died and Kylo Ren brought her back through Force healing, at the cost of his own life. Rey kissed Kylo (now Ben as he returned to the light side), but the use of Force healing was too much for him and he died, becoming one with the Force.
Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker (2019) revealed that Kylo Ren and Rey were two halves of a "dyad" in the Force, which Terrio alternatively described as "sort of soulmate[s] in the Force" and "twins of fate, twins of destiny".
According to TFA's visual dictionary (and I believe the book adaptation as well), Rey is 19 at the beginning of the ST. Meanwhile, Kylo is around 29 in TFA, according to the Aftermath novel (which is canon).
Trivia. Sabine is at least two years older than Ezra. Throughout the show they are fourteen and sixteen, fifteen and seventeen, seventeen and nineteen, nineteen and twenty one.
Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa were born the day after the formation of the Galactic Empire and Ezra Bridger's birth, which makes them a day younger than Ezra Bridger.
But interestingly enough, Ezra then adds that Sabine is “like a sister” to him, comparing her to family. Ezra saying that Sabine is like a sister to him is pretty much the textbook way of putting someone in the “friend zone” and subtly confirms once and for all that these two are, indeed, just close friends.
So, maybe it wasn't about trying to have Grogu look like Yoda, but rather figuring out a specific design for himself. "Jon wanted them to be dog-like, with giant dark pupils," Chiang continues, and, lucky for us, that's what we got — the alternative being a psychotic samurai baby gnome, from the concepts shown.
In (season2, episode5), Ahsoka has sort of a conversation with Grogu through the Force. She said that they can in essence hear each others thoughts. When asked by Din Djarin, Ahsoka explains that Grogu was taken from the Jedi temple on Coruscant after Order66.
Grogu (pictured) melted the hearts of Mandalorian fans with his adorable baby face. But although this big-eyed toddler may look very young, he's actually 50 years old.
