Dialogue in Star Wars: The Clone Wars suggested there was only a small age gap between Satine and her sister, Bo-Katan. This would place Bo-Katan in her late 50s or even early 60s by the time of The Mandalorian season 3.
Bo Katan's father died in 42 BBY. In Mandalorian season 3, we see someone who looks around 13 perform the ritual. 42+13+9=64. Bo Katan's minimum age is 64 years old.
What is the age difference between Bo-Katan and Din Djarin?
Those who've seen The Clone Wars might bring up Bo-Katan's canon age. Estimates put her around 50ish years old, depending on whether she was a teenager or in her twenties during the Clone Wars. Din, on the other hand, is in his early forties at most.
Katee Sackhoff is 42 years old currently, but the assumption has been Bo-Katan is closer to her sister Satine's age. Because of Satine's romance with Obi-Wan Kenobi, that would put Bo-Katan closer to her sixties in the series. (Duchess of Darksaber Light on Twitter goes into great detail on the clues.)
His age in the flashback is unknown. But the actor who portrayed young Djarin, Aidan Bertola, was about 10 years old at the time. So, assuming Djarin was around 8 or 10 years old in the flashback, he would be about 36 to 38 years old in The Mandalorian. Season 3 of The Mandalorian drops on March 1st on Disney+.

Who is Din Djarin's love interest?
Despite a romance between Din Djarin and Bo-Katan being a genuine narrative possibility, that doesn't mean it should actually happen. The core of The Mandalorian has always been the father-son relationship between Din and Grogu.
This means Djarin was likely born around 30 BBY, and would've been 30-years-old while Luke Skywalker was still on Tatooine. That'd make him 34 during Return of the Jedi, and 39/40 during The Mandalorian.
The Clone Wars ended 19 years before the Battle of Yavin, and Djarin was already a child of at least five or six years old during the battle. This places Djarin in his thirties during the events of The Mandalorian. By the time of Rise of Skywalker, everyone's favorite space dad would be near sixty years old.
While the official timeline of the Ahsoka series has yet to be confirmed, it's common belief the events of the new show go down at the same time as The Mandalorian season 3, which is set in 11 ABY. If you apply the math, Ahsoka is roughly 47 in the new series.

Obi-Wan was born in 57 BBY - 57 years before the Battle of Yavin. As such, Obi-Wan Kenobi was 25 years old in The Phantom Menace. Attack of the Clones picks up the story 10 years after the events of The Phantom Menace, meaning that Obi-Wan Kenobi was 35 years old in Episode III.
Ahsoka is initially identified as a youngling by Obi-Wan Kenobi, who believed she was to be his apprentice, indicating her youth as a Jedi who was just starting her apprenticeship. At this point in the timeline, Ahsoka was 14 years old.
He attained the rank of Jedi Knight following his defeat of Darth Maul during the Battle of Naboo in 32 BBY when he was 25 years old. Additionally, the events of Revenge of the Sith and the end of the Clone Wars and the Republic all took place in 19 BBY, when he was 38.
Is Grogu Yoda? According to the events of "The Mandalorian" so far, Grogu and Yoda are not the same character. They are simply from the same species. The name of this species has never been revealed since "Star Wars" creator George Lucas wanted to give Yoda a sense of mystery.
By the time of the sequels, Din Djarin - who was born prior to 19 BBY - will have aged considerably, and no longer be "in the prime of his life". The sequels take place from 34-35 ABY, which means that, by the end of The Rise of Skywalker, Din Djarin has outlived Luke Skywalker, and is about 54 years old.
And while there are many rules guiding Mandalorians and showing them “the Way,” the most iconic aspect of their culture is related to their armor. That's because, as Season 1 of The Mandalorian underlines, true Mandalorians are forbidden from ever taking their helmets in front of others.
It's long been confirmed that Star Wars' Mandalorians are inspired by samurai with Din Djarin in particular being envisioned as a Ronin. Keeping that in mind, "Din" as the surname could similarly be inspired by Japanese naming conventions which also have surnames ahead of the personal.
Mandalorians do marry and can marry anyone they want. Although I was surprised to discover that, “weddings typically happen immediately after a Mandalorian turns sixteen years old”. Same-sex marriage is allowed, and the weddings tend to be simple.
