The “Ahsoka” series is expected to be set around the same time as “The Mandalorian” – almost eight years after the events of “Return of the Jedi,” by which time the Rex character will be a chronological age of 44 and a biological age/appearance of a man well into his 80s (Morrison is 62).
Trivia. Rex is actually 31 years old, though his biological state is likely closer to at least sixty years, due to the accelerated aging that was genetically installed in all Clone Troopers.
Rex and Ahsoka are very close friends, having met each other at the battle of Christophsis after she was assigned as Anakin's apprentice. He took an immediate liking towards her and later congratulated her when she helped Anakin destroy the Separatists' shield generator.
Mildly Interesting: Ahsoka is 5 years older than Captain Rex and most of the clones. I've always known that the clones age at an accelerated rate and that even though they have the bodies and minds of an adult, their actual chronological age during The Clone Wars is actually pretty low for human standards.

Did Luke ever meet Rex?
As night fell, Rex met with Skywalker, Windu, and Boll at Urus's palace to discuss the problem of the uncontrollable Zillo Beast with Palpatine. While the Dugs wanted to kill off the Zillo Beast, the Jedi wanted to preserve the creature, as it was one of the last of its near-extinct species.

From the image we see at the end of the game, Rex had three children — one with Nia, one with Pyra, and one with Mythra. Mio is Nia's daughter, and we come to know Pyra's daughter, Glimmer, through the Future Redeemed DLC.

Nearing the end of the Clone Wars, like Anakin, Rex also held a high degree of trust in Ahsoka, being one of the few people that were doubtful of her being guilty of committing murder and bombing the Coruscant Jedi Temple, telling Commander Fox that "I know Commander Tano. She would never do something like this".
The 501st participated in many major battles including the Battles of Christophsis, Teth, Umbara, Ringo Vinda, Anaxes and Coruscant. The clone trooper battalion, was put under the leadership of Jedi General Anakin Skywalker with clone captain Rex, while Rex was succeeded by Appo at the end of the war.
As far as you know, Anakin Skywalker and Captain Rex were very close friends during the Clone Wars. But before the battle for Coruscant, they had to split up and Rex went with Ahsoka to Mandalore, and Anakin went to Coruscant. After that, Anakin and Rex never saw each other again.
