Deborah Elizabeth Bradshaw (born February 6, 1989) is a local glamour shot producer in Preston, Idaho. She befriends (and then develops a crush on) Napoleon after he returns her handicrafts to her.
Deb, Napoleon and Pedro keep working for Pedro to beat Summer Wheatly for president. Napoleon dances in a skit at the announcing of the president for Pedro. Kip gets married and Pedro becomes school president. Napoleon and Deb live a happy life together.

The film concludes with Pedro becoming the class president, Rico reuniting with his estranged girlfriend, Grandma returning from the hospital, and Napoleon and Deb making up and playing tether-ball. In a post-credits scene, Kip and LaFawnduh are married in an outdoor ceremony in Preston.
