Fictional character biography. Skaar is the son of the Hulk/Bruce Banner and Caiera the Oldstrong, an extraterrestrial native of the planet Sakaar. He was conceived during the Hulk's time on Caiera's home planet of Sakaar.

Early Life. Skaar was born on Sakaar to Bruce Banner. Because time passes differently on Sakaar, Skaar grew to be 17-18 years old by 2025 despite having been born 7 to 10 years beforehand.
Caiera became pregnant with the Hulk's child, and they hoped to usher in a new age of cooperation among the many people of Sakaar; however, when the SHIELD vessel which brought the Hulk to Sakaar suddenly exploded, Caiera was caught in the blast, which destroyed Crown City.
His inner child despised everything Skaar stood for, but Skaar only had one thing on his mind—to find the Hulk and kill him for abandoning him on Sakaar. He blamed his father for every horrible thing he had to bear on his home world, and he would have the chance to pay him back when the Hulk finally arrived.
Bruce and Betty never had any children, but the Hulk had two sons by his second wife, Caiera. During PLANET HULK, it was the Hulk who courted Caiera, but she accepted Bruce as well. Although Caiera appeared to die, she gave birth to Skaar and Hiro-Kala.
His mother in Marvel Comics, Caiera, is a member of a group called the Shadow People. Using a mystical energy source known as the Old Power, Caiera placed the son she shared with Hulk in a cocoon. Inside the cocoon, Skaar developed into an adult.
Technically forever. Even though we've never seen it play out in the canon Earth-616, there are plenty of storylines where Hulk and Bruce are the last ones alive.
