RoboCop is extremely strong, able to lift the front of the average car over his head with one arm or resist the crushing effort of a car crusher, as seen in the TV series (episodes 5 and 21, respectively). He was designed to be able "to penetrate virtually any building," and breaks locks with ease.
To put it bluntly, it's clear just from watching both movies that Robocop is better than the classic T-800 in nearly every way that matters. While the T-800 has the advantage in mobility, Robocop is harder to kill by virtually every measure.
Arm trumping, the majority of the terminators weapons, and while the plasma rifle the terminator sometimes has (mostly in the future) could certainly keep RoboCop on his toes, but he has tanked those kinds of shots before. And as for durability, it's pretty clear cut that Robocop takes it.
Successful testing of many RoboCop models has further expanded their capabilities. However, universal robots have yet to appear that can fully replace living police officers. Nowadays, most models are programmed to perform 2-3 tasks. This limits the capabilities of any given robot.
Robocop is made from a human combined with steel and electronics, making him a very human-like cyborg. He has super-human strength and abilities but a limited memory.

How bulletproof is RoboCop?
RoboCop's reconstructed external structure is protected by an armored shell composed of "titanium laminated with Kevlar" making RoboCop incredibly resilient against both bombs and bullets, as well as extreme impacts such as being hit by cars and falling off skyscrapers.
Whether it's in Paul Verhoeven's 1987 original or José Padilha's remake out today, RoboCop is simply as badass as it gets. He's also almost a century away from being even remotely feasible.
Cybernetically enhanced durability: Due to RoboCop's cybernetic replacements; he is far more durable than humans. He is able to resistant up to 50 caliber bullets. RoboCop is also less susceptible to injury; even so he still feels pain.
It's hard to argue for RoboCop as a role model, since he's both so tormented and so emotionless, and also because he's sometimes prone to unprovoked violence.

Marcus was far stronger and tougher than any mortal man, though he was more vulnerable than standard Terminators, making him the weakest Terminator model in the movies. Still, Marcus's genuine human mind made him the ideal candidate for infiltrating human groups and spying on them.
The project was first headed by Donald Johnson and Dr. Schenk. Johnson had tremendous difficulty finding a suitable candidate like officer Alex Murphy - a dutiful, inherently good person who was reconstructed as RoboCop. This led to failures as the cyborgs could not accept their new, inhuman forms.
And speaking of which, it seems pretty clear that the Terminator's arsenal was completely outclassed by the Predator's advanced technology. Plus, the Terminator has been recorded as being vulnerable from attacks from behind, and that's basically what the Predator does best.
Cyborg's technology is easily superior to Terminator, which made it hard for Terminator to harm him. Wiz: In all honesty, Cyborg could've ended the fight just by hacking Arnold. And while the Hydrogen Fuel Cell explosion is strong, Cyborg has many ways to avoid it.

The "rudimentary paste" was a type of food supplement used to sustain RoboCop's organic systems. It could be dispensed from a machine in RoboCop's maintenance chamber and placed into paper cups.
