Honestly, I just couldn't figure out who she was or why she was even in the funeral procession. This also means that for the longest time I forgot I could just look up the credits of the film. Long story short, she is Padmé's niece, Pooja Naberrie, and was portrayed by Hayley Mooy.
The Naboo seem to be bred for high society from a very early age, receiving top-tier education all the while, so it's possible Padme was simply knowledgeable and popular enough to become queen.
Always a canny foe, Ventress baited Anakin by threatening to kill Padme Amidala, before striking him across the face. The scar became another symbol of Anakin's journey to the dark side when he punishes Ventress by binding her in cables and flinging her from the top of a skyscraper.
Anakin's birth took place in 41 BBY, establishing him as 16 years younger than Obi-Wan. At the moment of his discovery on Tatooine by Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon, Anakin was merely nine years old. By the time of “Attack of the Clones,” he had reached 19 years, and in “Revenge of the Sith,” he was 22.
Anakin's vision did come true, as Padmé, heartbroken by her husband's downfall, loses her will to live and succumbs while giving birth to twins. Before her death, Padmé still believed there was still good left in Anakin and that one day he could be saved with the help of their children.
Luke and Leia weren't Clones either, which is the other means of reproducing in SW. They were non-identical twins, they weren't grown in a vat like the Clone Troopers but born as a result of a normal pregnancy. So yeah, Anakin and Padme obviously had sex at least once, but since SW is for kids we don't need to see it.
Obi-Wan likely loved Padmé, but as a friend, not a potential lover. Obi-Wan Kenobi has brought up the questions of Obi-Wan's feelings toward Padmé again, but there's still no confirmation of anything romantic.
