From the very start of their story arc together, they are intertwined straight down to their DNA. While fighting to take down a group of baddies called the One World Church, they are both infected by a terrible virus. In order to use Deadpool's healing factor, Cable absorbs Deadpool and then spits him right back out.
Issue #6 (Dec. 1993) confirmed the character to be Nathan Christopher Summers, the son of Cyclops (Scott Summers) and Madelyne Pryor (Jean Grey's clone) who had been taken to the future in X-Factor #68 (July 1991), introduced by writer Chris Claremont, and appeared in Uncanny X-Men #201 (Jan. 1986).

Born from parents Deadpool and Carmelita Camacho, Eleanor “Ellie” Camacho is raised by her mother. Deadpool does not find out about her existence until Carmelita tracks him down seeking child support, to which Deadpool refuses on account of the child being too beautiful to have come from him.
But in a deleted scene included in the “Super Duper” cut on the film's home video release, Deadpool then heads back to 1880, where he stops by the hospital Hitler was born in, where Baby Hitler waits in a crib.
The circumstances of his birth were orchestrated by a mad geneticist named Mister Sinister who had created Cable's mother, Madelyne Pryor, a clone of Jean Grey. Sinister then had Pryor seduce Cyclops (Scott Summers) in order to conceive a child that he believed would be a phenomenally powerful mutant.
Cable. As a time-traveling cybernetic soldier determined to murder a child who Deadpool is determined to protect, Cable takes the traditional role of a villain in Deadpool 2. But he's more of an antihero, because he has a sympathetic motivation for wanting to kill Firefist.
When Cable entered battle and started to use his powers, one of his eyes would start to glow with a yellow light. This was retconned into being a result of his Summers DNA, as his father's powers came out through his eyes.
On a powers level alone, Cable has Wade beat. The difficulty in these two fighting each other would always come down to Wade's ability to heal, no matter what Cable did to him.
Nathan grew to maturity and defeated a future version of Apocalypse, after which he traveled back in time to the 20th century before his birth to make sure the Apocalypse of the past would never rise to power. Nathan embraced the name Cable to signify his link from the past to the future.
Eleanor Camacho is the daughter of Deadpool and Carmelita Camacho. Eleanor was raised by Carmelita alone as Deadpool had abandoned Carmelita without knowing she was pregnant.
Deadpool's trap separated Thor from his hammer long enough that he turned back into Olsen and Deadpool then took advantage of the chaos to grab the hammer... Deadpool then transformed into a version of Thor!

I don't know for sure that Deadpool's parents were married, but I'm going to list them as relatives for simplicity's sake. I've seen people confused about it, but Loki was not Deadpool's father. That was part of Loki's scheme for that day, that's all.
