Similar to Magic Kingdom Park, there is no “meet and greet” with Queen Elsa at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Finally, if we trek to EPCOT, this is where a royal encounter can happen with both Elsa and Anna! The Queens can be met at the Royal Sommerhus in Norway.
While the princesses generally stay in Disneyland Park, you can meet Anna and Elsa in California Adventure in the Animation Building in Hollywood Land.
Frozen Ever After (named Anna and Elsa's Frozen Journey in Tokyo DisneySea) is a musical reversing Shoot the Chute dark ride in Epcot at the Walt Disney World Resort.

In addition to their usual daily all-day visiting hours at Princess Fairytale Hall, Anna and Elsa also greet visitors from 8 am to 9 am at least one day per week during Extra Magic Hours in the Magic Kingdom.
You may see—or even meet—Princess Tiana, Ariel, Belle, Snow White and Aurora. Savor a feast fit for royalty during a lively dining experience with visits from Snow White, Dopey, Grumpy and The Queen.
At EPCOT, Anna and Elsa have their own meet-and-greet location at the Royal Sommerhus in the Norway pavilion. You wait in one line and then meet both of them separately.
Stroll through EPCOT's new Moana-inspired 'Journey of Water' trail at Disney World. Inspired by the 2016 animated movie "Moana," Journey of Water is the latest addition to EPCOT's World Nature, home of The Seas and The Land.
The only place where you can actually meet Anna and Elsa at Disney World and take a pic with them is at Royal Sommerhus, also located in the Norway pavilion at Epcot.
To unlock Elsa, you need access to the Frozen Realm (to get there, just go to the big castle in the Plaza and then unlock the door on the second floor). In the Frozen Realm, help Anna reach Elsa and convince her to move back to the Valley.

Whilst you can't meet the sisters personally for a photo with them, you can see them loads of times and quite close up if you follow behind their carriage along the parade route in A Royal Welcome.

May 17, 2023 in "Harmonious" EPCOT's World Showcase Lagoon is now free of all the Harmonious show platform barges. Last night, the final two taco-shaped barges from Harmonious were removed from the lagoon and moved backstage to begin demolition.

Where to Find Mary Poppins in Disney's Epcot Theme Park. 1.) Mary Poppins is available daily at the United Kingdom (U.K.) pavilion in Epcot's World Showcase for photos and autographs. Characters generally appear daily beginning around 11:30AM.
