this movie had a lot of potential, but did not have enough time to explore. Even with a few so-so actors/actresses Content collapsed. Not what I expected, not enough either drama or suspense to keep me interested, plus, you can totally tell the hunging hooks to make it a zero gravity believeble.
The results, alas, are ropey visuals, cheap sets and some of the worst zero-G effects in recent space movie history. Tense and occasionally disturbing, but somehow you're left with the nagging suspicion that what should have been a meaty psychological drama has been turned into a slightly insipid thriller instead.

Elevated by an appealing cast, I.S.S. wrings effective albeit familiar thrills out of character-driven drama in a claustrophobic setting.
