Not just mundane things like Kiri having five fingers due to her being half human and half Na'vi, but truly miraculous powers that no other Na'vi that we know of possesses.
Because Grace had an avatar body, Kiri possesses human-like traits such as her eyebrows and five fingers on her hands. She also lacks the elongated canines common amongst the Na'vi.
Indeed, Kiri's father in Avatar may not exist at all. Considering what Avatar and Avatar 2 has revealed - and withheld - regarding Kiri's true nature, the most likely explanation for this mystery is that Kiri was created by Eywa through the Tree of Souls. How did Grace get pregnant?
It could be an immaculate conception. There's a theory that the film director James Cameron could be hiding a vital feature of the Na'vi. According to that theory, Na'vi could reproduce asexually. Unless that theory is true, Grace was impregnated by someone.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
Grace was fascinated with how the Na'vi were connected to each other, Pandora, and Eywa. Now, Kiri, who is intrinsically connected to Grace, has a much deeper connection to the Na'vi deity than anyone else. Kiri can hear Eywa in a way no other Na'vi has been able to, not even the spiritual leaders.
