It's finally canon: the third episode of Loki confirmed that its titular character is bisexual, making him Marvel's first canonically queer lead character.
Loki's history displays an always queered identity, but as Loki's queerness became more pertinent to the character's identity, there has been a shift away from harmful queer-coded stereotypes portrayed on the character.
Yep, we've got two more queer MCU characters who's queerness has yet to be seen on screen. Wiccan (who is canonically gay) and Speed (who is canonically bisexual) are Wanda and Vision's twin sons who grow up to become queer members of the superhero group Young Avengers.

Is Loki gender Fluid?
In both the comics and Norse mythology, Loki had been portrayed as gender-fluid. In Norse mythology, Loki was first recognized as a “shapeshifter” when Loki lived as a handmaiden for eight years. Loki's first mention as being gender-fluid in the Marvel comics was when he stole the female form of Sif.
Loki says he has been in relationships with both men and women. The revelation comes during a conversation between Loki (Hiddleston) and an alternate-timeline female version of Loki who goes by Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino).

In the comics, Loki is reborn as a woman, known simply as Lady Loki, after the events of Ragnarok in Asgard, but even that wasn't too innocent: When Thor and his fellow Asgardians are to be reborn in new bodies on Earth, Loki actually stole the body intended to be for Sif.
