Why did Elsa's voice change in Frozen 2? In Frozen 2, Elsa's voice changed slightly to reflect the character's growth and evolution since the events of the first film. Idina Menzel worked closely with the filmmakers and the voice over agency to ensure that her performance captured the changes in Elsa's character.
