Queenie was born on 6 January 1903. She had at least one sibling, an older sister, Tina. The sisters lost their mother and father when they were young due to Dragon Pox. Afterwards, they were left to "raise each other," an experience that lead them to share a very deep bond into adulthood.
J.K. Rowling hinted that the characters belonged to the same family in a tweet, which read: 'Well, I think it's widely known that that characters of (Porpen)tina and Queenie are sisters, but not that their surname is Goldstein.
They are from different families. Though Queenie might be related to Anthony Goldstein. Yeah, there are some similarities between them like they both were half blood and what u said but they are not related in any way. Also, Queenie was a naturally born legillimen while Snape had acquired that skill.

Who is Queenie baby father?
Queenie's baby. Scandalously, the father is Michael Roberts, not Bernard, and the baby is black. Queenie gives up baby Michael to Hortense and Gilbert so the baby can have a more stable, normal life.
The couple had at least one child, through whom they had a grandson, Rolf Scamander, who married Luna Lovegood, and through whom Tina and Newt had two known great-grandsons, Lorcan and Lysander.
Queenie is not Voldemort's mother. Voldemort's mother is Merope Gaunt, a British Pureblood witch who can trace her ancestry back to Slytherin and the Peverall brothers, specifically, the 2nd brother who had the Resurrection stone. Queenie is as American as they come.

Bellatrix is a member of the Black Family and is the cousin of Sirius Black. Bellatrix is the daughter of Cygnus and Druella Black and sister to Andromeda (mother of Nymphadora Tonks) and Narcissa (mother of Draco Malfoy).
As Bellatrix and Voldemort were both killed in the Battle and Bellatrix's husband Rodolphus was imprisoned at Azkaban, Delphi was raised by Euphemia Rowle, a Death Eater. However, the life at Euphemia's was miserable for Delphi as Rowle did not really care for her and only took her in because she was paid for it.
Delphini (b. March 1998), known by the nickname Delphi, was a British half-blood Dark witch, the daughter of Tom Riddle and Bellatrix Lestrange. Being the only child of Lord Voldemort, she was able to speak Parseltongue, and she became the only known living heir of Salazar Slytherin after the demise of her father.
