It is very scary because you feel the killer is always their. This show is sutible for a very mature 13 year old and should not be shown by anyone below this age! It has got alot of gore and some sex sceans but very very few.
Very bloody and disturbing. There are many scenes where the killer attacks his victims, but he is also hit with fists, knees and feet as the victims defend themselves. Severe. Many other murder or attack victims are somewhat to extremely bloody and by the end nearly everyone is covered in their or someone else's blood.
