Just like their Imperial predecessors, the First Order Death troopers were a unit of highly trained and highly skilled Stormtroopers who wore black armor. They were also highly trained in unarmed combat, heavy weapons, demolitions, improvised weaponry, guerrilla warfare, and marksmanship.
The First Order didn't use Clone Troopers for the same reason as the Galactic Empire: Recruits were more loyal than the clones. The irony of the two types of elite troopers is that the clones were created for absolute loyalty, yet the Clone Troopers are seen in the films and television shows as having free will.
Like the stormtroopers, Sith troopers were not cloned but born. They were natural humans, native to Exegol as children of the Sith Eternal cultists or taken by the First Order as infants; the Sith Eternal had ultimately conscripted thousands as children.
Death troopers were elite stormtroopers in the Galactic Empire's military. Stormtrooper candidates who excelled at their training were reassigned to the advanced death trooper camp on Scarif.

The troopers spoke the language using voice-scramblers built into their helmets, allowing them to communicate with each other without anyone being able to decipher what they were saying, as well as enhance their intimidating image.
Commander DT-13, or better known as Commander Alderaan was a Death trooper in the First Order who had the ambition to become more superior than all of his comrades in the First Order.
Despite his origins, Snoke was not a Sith, but was used as a tool by them to groom and mold Ben Solo, the eventual Kylo Ren, into an heir worthy of Darth Vader's legacy, testing his capacity to inherit the Sith legacy as a whole and rule the galaxy as the new Emperor.

The fact that clones could defy the orders that are literally written into their brains caused a crisis of faith in the Empire. Since they couldn't command 100% control over the clones that they managed to ruin, regular conscripted soldiers offered an easier solution. Many of the issues were due to gradual mutations.
DT-F16 was a female death trooper who had a mechanical voice. She was completely covered in black armor and had a green-tinted visor. DT-F16 was determined to ensure the safe delivery of a large kyber crystal to Slavin's Star Destroyer and feared the consequences of failure.
By the time of the Battle of Crait, the First Order's army branch alone had 10,000 troops ready for combat. Overall command of the military fell to the Supreme Leader, with the likes of General Hux and Captain Phasma operating under the current head of state.
As a Sith, Praven was very strong in the dark side of the Force, though he felt stronger with the light side as a Jedi. He wielded a single red-bladed lightsaber as both a Sith and a Jedi, and he was skilled in the use of a wide variety of Force powers, including Force lightning, Force blasts, and Force paralysis.
Summary. Jar Jar Binks's clumsiness may not be genuine, but rather an act to disguise his true nature as a Sith Lord infiltrating the Republic. Palpatine carefully orchestrated events to manipulate the galaxy, and Jar Jar's involvement suggests he may have been the eyes and ears on Naboo.
Thus, while Qui-Gon was less powerful than the likes of Yoda and Mace Windu, Palpatine feared him more. In the simplest terms, he was a wild card, and with the Sidious executing an intricate decades-long plan to seize power and destroy the Jedi, a wild card was something he just couldn't afford.
According to The Rise of Skywalker: The Visual Dictionary (2019), Snoke's physical appearance was purposefully designed by Palpatine to ensure his species remained unidentifiable. Furthermore, Snoke's reluctance to meet in person with his First Order underlings helped conceal the fact that he was an artificial being.
They received relatively good pay. Stormtroopers received both wages and time off whilst serving in the corps. We don't know how much money stormtroopers earned, but we do know that stormtroopers were allowed to take compasionate leave in the event of a familal deaths.
Eventually, all three remaining death troopers made a full recovery and continued service as the personal guard of Vader. By the time of the Duel on Cloud City they were headquartered on the cyborg's flagship, the Executor.
