Dialogue in Star Wars: The Clone Wars suggested there was only a small age gap between Satine and her sister, Bo-Katan. This would place Bo-Katan in her late 50s or even early 60s by the time of The Mandalorian season 3.
That makes them 38 years old at the time of Satine's death in The Clone Wars (19 BBY). Bo and Obi-Wan are about 56 when they appear in Rebels (1 BBY), and Bo is about 67 years old by the time of The Mandalorian Season 2 (~10 BBY).
What is the age difference between Bo-Katan and Din Djarin?
Those who've seen The Clone Wars might bring up Bo-Katan's canon age. Estimates put her around 50ish years old, depending on whether she was a teenager or in her twenties during the Clone Wars. Din, on the other hand, is in his early forties at most.
Katee Sackhoff is 42 years old currently, but the assumption has been Bo-Katan is closer to her sister Satine's age. Because of Satine's romance with Obi-Wan Kenobi, that would put Bo-Katan closer to her sixties in the series. (Duchess of Darksaber Light on Twitter goes into great detail on the clues.)
While the official timeline of the Ahsoka series has yet to be confirmed, it's common belief the events of the new show go down at the same time as The Mandalorian season 3, which is set in 11 ABY. If you apply the math, Ahsoka is roughly 47 in the new series.

Is Grogu older than Ashoka?
Considering that Ahsoka was born in 36 BBY, this makes her around 46 at the time of The Mandalorian. This makes her older than Din Djarin, but still younger than Grogu.
This means Ahsoka would be in her early 70s. Depending on where you search, Ahsoka's species, the Togruta, have an average life span of 82 to 94 years. And some sites claim powerful Force-using Togruta can live for up to 200 years.
This means Djarin was likely born around 30 BBY, and would've been 30-years-old while Luke Skywalker was still on Tatooine. That'd make him 34 during Return of the Jedi, and 39/40 during The Mandalorian.
Yoda lived to be 900 years old before passing in the original Star Wars trilogy, and Grogu was already older than Din Djarin at the start of The Mandalorian, so any biological growth would be almost imperceptible.
The Clone Wars ended 19 years before the Battle of Yavin, and Djarin was already a child of at least five or six years old during the battle. This places Djarin in his thirties during the events of The Mandalorian. By the time of Rise of Skywalker, everyone's favorite space dad would be near sixty years old.

History. During the time of the Clone Wars, Bo-Katan served as Pre Vizsla's trusted right hand in Death Watch. The militaristic splinter group sought to restore Mandalore's warrior past, an ideal which Bo-Katan held -- even if it meant ousting her sister, Duchess Satine, from office.
At that time, Din was in training as a foundling, and judging by the actor in the flashback, he was maybe 5-7 when he was found maybe 1-2 yr before 19 BBY, making him be born around 25-28 BBY. Boba was confirmed to be born 32 BBY, making him 13 by the siege of Mandalore. So they would be like 35 and 41 respectively.
Bo Katan's father died in 42 BBY. In Mandalorian season 3, we see someone who looks around 13 perform the ritual. 42+13+9=64. Bo Katan's minimum age is 64 years old.
Despite a romance between Din Djarin and Bo-Katan being a genuine narrative possibility, that doesn't mean it should actually happen. The core of The Mandalorian has always been the father-son relationship between Din and Grogu.
Is Grogu Yoda? According to the events of "The Mandalorian" so far, Grogu and Yoda are not the same character. They are simply from the same species. The name of this species has never been revealed since "Star Wars" creator George Lucas wanted to give Yoda a sense of mystery.
Djarin is his first name! But while it's weird learning Din is actually his surname, that new detail only makes sharing it with Grogu more powerful. The wonderful feeling of hearing “Din Grogu” for the first time was only matched by the disorienting realization he's not “Grogu Djarin” now.

At this point in the timeline, Ahsoka was 14 years old. As the animated movie took place in the same year as Attack of the Clones, this puts Anakin at 19 years old, creating a five-year age gap between him and Ahsoka. It's easy to forget just how young Ahsoka was when she became a Padawan.
