Throughout most of the series, the cloak is shown to hide those under it better than any other Invisibility Cloak in existence. But in Deathly Hallows, Nagini as Bathilda Bagshot is able to instantly recognize Harry and Hermione under the cloak and transformed using polyjuice potion.
Hermione comes out with two cups of tea and a copy of Rita Skeeter's book—she'd found it in Bathilda's house with a note from Skeeter, thanking her and claiming that she said everything the book contains, even if she doesn't remember talking.
Harry and Bathilda Bagshot's body inhabited by Nagini speak Parseltongue. When Harry Potter and Hermione Granger went to Godric's Hollow in 1997, Nagini (inside the corpse of Bathilda Bagshot) tells Harry to "Come!" from the next room in Parseltongue.
Also while in Bathilda's cottage she took several of her pictures and letters. For example an image of Dumbledore and Grindlewald together. And one letter she stole was a correspondence from Dumbledore to Grindlewald, regarding their ambition to obtain the Deathly Hallows and their plan to start a global revolution.
Her body disappears and gives way to Nagini, while Hermione finds what seems to be the snake's changed skin. Nagini's impersonation of Bathilda is, nevertheless, an intended trap by Voldemort for Harry, which might have put his most important Horcrux in jeopardy.
Harry, as heir of Gryffindor, possessed the love of this Muggle-born woman in his very blood and was the perfect champion to stand up against the heir of Slytherin.
After Lord Voldemort destroyed the fragment of his soul residing in Harry, Harry seemingly lost the ability to speak Parseltongue, about which he was glad and relieved. Over the next twenty-two years, he never attempted to speak the language, presuming that it had died with Voldemort.
It also needed to be recovered "under conditions of need and valour". To fulfil these conditions, Snape deposited the real sword in a frozen lake in the Forest of Dean and used his corporeal Doe Patronus to guide Harry to the sword.

The three brothers were Antioch, Cadmus and Ignotus Peverell. Harry was descended, through his father James, via Ignotus Peverell. His ancestor Hardwin Potter married Iolanthe Peverell, Ignotus' granddaughter, who passed on the invisibility cloak.
Because some snakes can sense heat and movement in a way humans cannot, Nagini was able to detect Harry and Hermione even when they were under the Cloak of Invisibility. Harry fought with Nagini, and the serpent bit him before coiling herself around Harry to hold him in place for Voldemort.
Too late, Harry discovers that they've been led into a trap, and that Bathilda's corpse is being used as a disguise for Nagini. He and Hermione manage to escape, at the cost of Harry's wand being broken accidentally by Hermione.
With no one to claim him as their own, Tom lived in a Muggle-run orphanage where he felt abandoned and unloved. He slowly realized he was different from others and became obsessed with his powers, believing he was unique and elite.
Did Voldemort realize Harry was a Horcrux after he killed him?
Voldemort wasn't aware of Harry being a pseudo-horcrux because he didn't plan it, and Harry didn't know either until Voldemort “killed” him, but he actually killed the piece of soul kept in him.
Pettigrew mixed up a potion for Voldemort using unicorn blood and the venom of Nagini. With this potion, they were able to create a new body for Lord Voldemort to finally return to. However, this body was not what Voldemort needed to return to his fearful leadership form. Instead, it was that of a scaly, hairless baby.

Why did the killing curse work on Harry but not Nagini?
As long as Voldemort lives, Nagini is invulnerable to mortal death except by the methods known to destroy Horcruxes: basilisk venom or fiendfyre. It works differently with Harry because he is not a true Horcrux.
Assuming it is the case, evil nature of Nagini's snake half who later joined Voldemort is easily attributed to the loss of humanity which ended up in her human half reminiscent to Urizen who bereft of his true self Vergil's humanity which ended up in his other half V.
