But Wanda does, and the blue casing around the stone explodes, revealing the Mind Stone's actual orange color as on Vision's forehead. At this point, all of the stone's power seemingly hits her and she sees a vision of a woman in a Scarlet Witch costume before collapsing.
While gifting the young Wanda a vision of her future as the Scarlet Witch, the Mind Stone also formed a connection between itself and Wanda. This meant that, when the time came for the stone to be destroyed in Avengers: Infinity War, the Scarlet Witch's connection to the Mind Stone allowed her to complete her task.
Ultron began creating the body that would become Vision for himself using Dr. Helen Cho's regeneration Cradle, as well as stolen Vibranium and the gem from Loki's scepter – which was in fact the Infinity Stone known as the Mind Stone.

Because Vision is an artificial being known as a Synthezoid, he's not actually capable of fathering biological children of his own. In response, Wanda magically creates two twin sons to complete their nuclear family. They were born in 1986's The Vision and the Scarlet Witch Vol. 2, #12.
She realizes she wants to have children with her husband, Vision, but due to him being a synthezoid, they can not conceive naturally. Instead, she uses her powers, powers that, at the time, she neither fully understood or knew how to control, to create two children: Billy and Tommy, the future Young Avengers.

Thanos would have given the Mind Stone to Loki so he could test how the inhabitants of Earth defended themselves, but to their surprise, their attack triggered the creation of the original Avengers team, making way for Thanos' biggest enemies in the MCU.
As her powers likely come at least in part from the Mind Stone inside of Loki's scepter, Wanda's abilities include telekinesis, energy manipulation, and some form of neuroelectric interfacing that allows her to both read thoughts and also give her targets waking nightmares.
Sort of. Wanda (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) were always emotionally connected because they were both entangled with an Infinity Stone called the Mind Stone. Wanda was exposed to it when she was being experimented upon by HYDRA, and Vision had it living literally inside his head.
Wanda was neither an evil being nor was she the real antagonist. Wanda was only a villain because the Darkhold corrupted her. Compared to the threat of a Sinister Strange in the making, the Scarlet Witch was only grieving on her terms.
The directors of Infinity War explained that Wanda's Sokovian accent is basically gone in Infinity War because as we could see that in the beginning of Captain America: Civil War, Natasha was training Wanda to be a spy and to be a spy, you have to be able to blend in, so Wanda probably dropped it as her Sokovian accent ...
Although Vision insists that the pregnancy is real, fans of the show are less sure that's the case. Wanda couldn't have become naturally pregnant that quickly, which seems to suggest that the pregnancy is just another aspect of the unreality that is the basis of this entire show.
As said in comment by Paulie_D: Wanda could have never really recreated her children in that universe. She could have recreated the hex but then her children would never be "real" but always a construct of her magic as per her time in Westview.
Rather than being born again as Wanda and Vision's biological children, though, their souls are reincarnated in two boys named William Kaplan and Thomas Shepherd. Billy discovers that he has magic powers—such as being able to generate electrokinetic energy from his hands—after he gets bullied at school for being gay.
In all of its incarnations, this team includes James Rogers, the son of Captain America and Black Widow; Azari T'Challa, the son of Storm and Black Panther; Francis Barton, the son of Hawkeye and Mockingbird; Henry Pym Jr., the son of Ant-Man and the Wasp; and Torunn, the daughter of Thor and Sif.
Wanda Maximoff gives birth to Billy and Tommy inside the WandaVision Hex, which Wanda created through Chaos Magic so she can live out a fake sitcom-like reality inside the town of Westview.
No one has any memory of the old world, except for Wolverine. Logan is the only person in the world who is apparently immune to the global mind wipe that follows Scarlet Witch's bending of reality.
Her full potential was not showcased until WandaVision. Scarlet Witch was by far the most powerful MCU Phase 4 character, yet Wanda could not beat Thanos in either Avengers: Infinity War or Avengers: Endgame.
These abilities make her vastly powerful and surpass many other Avengers, including characters like Captain America and Spider-Man. Moreover, Wanda's incredible display against Thanos in Avengers: Endgame further solidifies her status as the strongest Avenger.
