While they tried to kill Daredevil, Elektra jumped in the way, getting stabbed and killed. In her last breaths, Elektra felt like she finally did some good. Elektra was held a funeral, which only Matt Murdock and Stick attended, but her corpse was later taken by the Hand to be resurrected.
Daredevil's ending all but confirmed that Elektra was alive, yet she and Matt never reunited on screen. Ben Affleck's Daredevil didn't appear in Elektra (2005), and Matt Murdock was not referenced by Elektra at all. Whether Ben Affleck's Daredevil will appear in Deadpool 3 remains to be seen.
However, Elektra was left out of Daredevil season 3, and it seemed her story was over once Netflix and Marvel stopped working together. With the Multiverse Saga in full swing, however, there is now a much greater chance that Elodie Yung's Elektra could return — in the MCU.

Who did Daredevil marry?
Matt Murdock and Elektra Natchios officially tie the knot in Marvel's Daredevil #4, though the honeymoon may have to wait. Daredevil #4 comes from writer Chip Zdarsky, artist Rafael de Latorre, color artist Matthew Wilson and letterer VC's Clayton Cowles.

For a time, Matt engages in a romantic relationship with fellow costumed adventurer Natasha Romanoff, AKA Black Widow. The two remain close friends. Another romantic entanglement of Matt's, his secretary Karen Page, also holds an important spot in his heart.
This reveal happened in 2007's New Avengers #31, by writer Brian Michael Bendis and penciler Leinil Francis Yu. Echo killed Elektra in battle, and upon death, Elektra was revealed to be a Skrull, shocking everyone.
Deadpool and Elektra's relationship is one built on teamwork, as core members of the Thunderbolts, she, Deadpool, Venom, and Punisher, are close allies.

Elektra chose to leave the Chaste causing Stick to order Duchamps to assassinate her for her betrayal. Tracking her to a private airport, Duchamps initially greeted Elektra and began flirting with her, as she assumed a false name and flirted back, hinting they got begin a sexual relationship in Paris.
Stick soon attempted to assassinate Black Sky, but was stopped by Daredevil once he realized that the Black Sky was a child. Yoshioka was able to escape with the Black Sky, but Stick followed the van they were traveling in and managed to kill Black Sky by piercing his heart with an arrow before escaping himself.
