Wanted for murder, Tiffany is trapped in the real Jennifer Tilly's body, but she comes out of hiding to help Glen (Lachlan Watson) who is dying in the hospital. Along with Glenda (Lachlan Watson), Jennifer sneaks into the hospital and puts both children back in a singular doll body once again.
Tiffany and Glen/Glenda go to the hospital where Jennifer is being held. Chucky follows them and hits her in the head with an axe for leaving him, thus killing her.

After she angers him, Chucky kills Tiffany, and transfers her soul into a female doll. The duo then goes on a cross-country rampage, during which they have sex.
The film is set six years after Bride of Chucky and follows a young doll named Glen, the son of Chucky and Tiffany, resurrecting his parents, causing chaos. The film, shot in Romania, continues the series' evolution from the pure horror genre of the first three films to a hybrid horror-comedy.

After she gets separated from Andy, one of the Chucky dolls tricks Kyle into triggering a bomb set by Tiffany, presumably killing her. Technically Glen and Glenda have been around by way of Lachlan Watson's portrayal pretty much all season. Glenda is the unborn twin of Glen who occasionally takes over their body's consciousness when Glen is physically assaulted; it's a similar phenomenon to when Nica Pierce becomes herself again when she faints and Chucky's soul momentarily leaves her body.
