Jake Sully (born August 24, 2126) is the main character of Avatar. He is a paraplegic renegade Marine veteran who defects to the Na'vi race and is also one of the 20 known avatar drivers. He is the sixth Toruk Makto and Olo'eyktan of the Omaticaya clan.
Jake chooses Bob as his ikran and, unlike the other banshees, Bob confronts Jake and hisses at him, indicating that Bob chose him as well. Using a banshee catcher, Jake immobilizes the banshee's mouth and after a long struggle, manages to connect his queue with Bob's.
He is the sixth Toruk Makto and Olo'eyktan of the Omaticaya clan. After his twin brother, Tom, was killed on Earth, Jake agreed to replace him in the Avatar Program on Pandora, in which humans remotely control human/Na'vi hybrids to safely navigate the planet.
The eldest child of Neytiri and Jake Sully, Neteyam te Suli Tsyeyk'itan is a natural athlete. Noble like his father, he is favored by the clan for his strong and confident demeanor. He cares greatly for his siblings, often being asked to look after them while his parents are gone.
Jake Sully, self-annointed jarhead, named his son, Lo'ak, after the Law of Armed Conflict, or LOAC. Second theory: he did it so when sky people learn the son's name, they remember they're Breaking the Law™️

What is Loak's full name?
The middle child of Jake and Neytiri's biological children, Lo'ak te Suli Tsyeyk'itan often feels like an outcast compared to his “perfect” older brother, Neteyam.
Augustine's colleague Norm Spellman (Joel David Moore) was the father and Grace conceived Kiri before the end of Avatar before somehow giving birth in her Avatar body. However, the more interesting theory is that Kiri is literally the child of Eywa due to some sort of immaculate conception.
A deleted scene from the end of Avatar (2009) revealed that Neytiri was pregnant, so Neteyam was born shortly after the events of the original movie. In accordance with the sequel's timeline, Jake and Neytiri's son Neteyam is nearly 15 years old in Avatar: The Way of Water.
Their clan name has been written as Omaticaya in early sources and the subtitles of Avatar. This version has been phased out of canon with recent guidebooks writing it as Omatikaya as there is no C in the Na'vi language. This name change has been confirmed by Joshua Izzo at OmatiCon 2023.
Spider's Mother Is Paz Socorro (Revealed In Avatar Comics)
It has been confirmed through Avatar comics that Spider's mother is Paz Socorro. While Avatar: The Way of Water takes place a decade after the first movie, James Cameron's original sequel script did not have as big of a time jump.
The sequel introduced us to the extended Sully family, but they'll be missing a member in the third movie, as Neteyam (Jamie Flatters) was shot and killed during The Way of Water's dramatic climax.
In rare instances, one of the Na'vi manages to link with a toruk. This has only happened during tumultuous eras. The Na'vi who accomplishes this is given the title Toruk Makto or “Rider of the Last Shadow.” Only someone with a pure soul can ride a toruk; some brave but foolish Na'vi have tried to link and perished.
Neteyam is the eldest child of Jake and Sully, and grew up with Spider. So, if Na'vi gestates for a similar period to humans, Neteyam is around fourteen years old. Lo'ak is the younger brother of Neteyam, but the two seem to be approximately the same age.
NEYTIRI IS A BEAUTIFUL NA'VI PRINCESS WITH IRIDESCENT BLUE SKIN, FELINE FEATURES AND HUMAN LIKE INTELLIGENCE. At three metres tall, she is long and lithe with the strength of three men.
While it correctly lists his height at 8'2", it incorrectly lists this height as 262cm instead of 249cm which would be Neytiri's height. However, he is noticeably shorter than his mother in the family photo.
Kiri's backstory is a little more complicated, as she was gestated in Dr. Grace's avatar. However, it can be surmised that Kiri is around the same age as Lo'ak, making her either 13 or 14 years old. Tuktirey, or Tuk for short, is much harder to guess as there are really no clues given.
The first reason why Neteyam has four fingers while his siblings all have five fingers might be simple genetics. Since an avatar is a hybrid of Na'vi and human DNA, it's easy to imagine the genes that control the number of digits in the body competing with each other.
Neteyam was shot and killed by Quaritch as he and his family were trying to escape at the end of Avatar: The Way of Water. Neteyam died in his parents' arms to the horror of Lo'ak, who convinced him to try and save Spider.
It could be an immaculate conception. There's a theory that the film director James Cameron could be hiding a vital feature of the Na'vi. According to that theory, Na'vi could reproduce asexually. Unless that theory is true, Grace was impregnated by someone.
The seizure is believed to have been caused by frontal lobe epilepsy which could also cause the other symptoms Kiri has been having, including visions and the belief that she's hearing Eywa. However, the Metkayina clan believe it's down to something more spiritual and is a result of Kiri's connection to Eywa.
How Was Kiri Born? Kiri was born after Grace died following a mortal bullet wound given to her by Quaritch, with her then-empty avatar giving birth to the child despite not having any consciousness.
In an article from the March 2023 issue of Empire, producer Jon Landau talks about how Spider gets the movie's one allowed F-bomb because the character's impulsive choice to play rescuer to a complicated father figure meets the impact of the word: "Spider has never really had a family and he's been searching for that.
From the begging it was obvious that Lo'ak expressed puppy love for Tsireya and later when she was with him at sunset, re-enforced her feelings for him when she told him she saw him.
Jake Sully is about to be replaced by his own son. In a recent interview on “Soundtracking With Edith Bowman,” James Cameron let it slip that his “Avatar” franchise will feature a different narrator for each of the remaining three sequels.
