Is Frozen 2 about depression?
The film covers deep and heavy topics unknown to Disney princess films. The first Frozen broke the Disney formula by sharing “true love” doesn't need to be romantic. The second film addresses loss, grief, depression, and how to find hope and personal growth through life's uncertainties.

In Frozen 2 (2019), the water spirit is a horse, based on the Nokk from Scandinavian mythology (usually represented as a horse). The Nokk isn't the only ethereal being associated with horses. Poseidon was the Greek god of seas, storms, earthquakes, and.... horses.
When Elsa's ice palace is under attack, the colour of her ice changes depending on her current emotion. For instance, the ice is yellow when she combats Duke Westleton and his soldiers. However, the ice becomes purple or turns into a dark colour when she struggles to control her magic. The colour reflects her fear.
While they're in there, Anna and Elsa also discover another twist: They're half-Northuldran. Their mother, it turns out, was a tribe member who saved their father during the battle, escaped with him out of the forest, and later married him.
Under this stress, Elsa accidentally injures Anna with her powers. Their parents, the King and Queen of Arendelle, take Anna to the magical trolls who heal her but also alter her memories so that she has no knowledge of Elsa's powers. This fright led the King and Queen to isolate both Elsa and Anna from the kingdom.
According to Myth: A Frozen Tale, the fifth spirit is also known as the “human spirit”, but it is assumed to have been represented by humanity in general before Elsa and Anna's births. According to Northuldra legend, the spirits' mother is Ahtohallan.
Both have blue eyes yet Elsa's eyes are cool blue and Anna's are warm turquoise. Two sisters who are (most probably) the same Image Archetype but are vastly different Colour Types. Can this happen in real life?
Elsa is never properly identified as asexual or aromantic, something that would help immensely to increase visibility and awareness. Considering Disney's record with LGBT characters (remember the underwhelming 'gay moment' in Beauty and the Beast?)
Honeymaren, a member of the Northuldra tribe who was trapped in the Enchanted Forest by the curse, could return for Frozen 3 as Elsa's girlfriend based on the two characters' shared chemistry.
