In 2367, K'Ehleyr returned with Klingon Chancellor K'mpec who had come to meet with Captain Picard. When she came aboard, Worf learned he had a son named Alexander. She wanted to marry him but Worf refused because he did not want to share his dishonor with her and their son (TNG: "Reunion").
In his last appearance on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Alexander was serving in the Klingon Defense Forces, but it's possible he later decided to join Starfleet. Either way, it would be interesting to see Alexander reunite with Worf in a future Star Trek project.
Who is Alexander Rozhenko? Star Trek: The Next Generation introduced Alexander in the Season 4 episode "Reunion." Alexander is Worf's son with K'Ehleyr, a Federation ambassador of half-human/half-Klingon lineage. Thus, Alexander is of mixed human and Klingon heritage.
Worf, the Klingon Chief of Security of the Federation Starfleet Starship USS Enterprise, must work with his human brother Nikolai Rozhenko, a Federation anthropologist, to save a small group of natives from a primitive alien culture on a dying planet.
Worf was Married to Jadzia Dax and (spoiler) at her death in DS9 became a widower. He did have a fling with Deanna Troi through 2370, which was the result of Worf seeing himself Married to Counselor Troi in an alternate reality which led him to actually pursue Deanna romantically which was welcomed by her.
Worf's correct last name is Rozhenko. It's his adopted name. Klingons don't have last names. They are referred to as [name], Son of [father's name], or House of [family's House name].
Kurn later supported Gowron during the Klingon Civil War, and afterwards gained a seat on the Klingon High Council. However, he fell from grace when Worf refused to support the Klingon invasion of Cardassia. To regain his honor, his memory was wiped and he assumed a new identity of Rodek, son of Noggra.
Later in the series, she becomes involved with the Klingon character Worf, and they marry during the sixth season of the show. In the sixth-season finale Jadzia dies but the Dax symbiote survives, and in the seventh-season premiere returns with a new host Ezri Dax, played by Nicole de Boer.
In later episodes, Troi has romantic involvements with several others, including a brief relationship with Klingon Starfleet officer Lieutenant Worf. A major exploration of their relationship begins with "Parallels", in which Worf encounters parallel universes where they are married with children.
K'Ehleyr and Worf had a brief but passionate relationship before the final confrontation to save the multiverse, K'Ehleyr fighting alongside Worf and Alexander on the Borg-controlled alternate Earth and dying before the timeline was reset.
From there, he returned to Earth and enlisted in Starfleet Academy, becoming the first Klingon to serve in Starfleet. Worf ended up on the U.S.S. Enterprise with Jean Luc Picard as his captain, under whom he would serve for many years.
While his memory doesn't return, he does have "feelings" that he knew the people on DS9 at some time, and that Worf is supposed to be a lot closer to him. The novel A Burning House depicts Kurn's memories returning. Worf learns of this from Bashir and Ezri Dax when Kurn confronts Bashir on Deep Space 9.
Worf is his first name. In Starfleet, he goes by Worf Roshenko (his adoptive parents last name). In the Klingon Empire, he uses Worf, son of Mogh. Basically, although little detail is ever given, Klingons don't have last names as we understand them.
In Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (set around 70 years before the Next Generation era began), Colonel Worf (also portrayed by Dorn) appears as the legal advocate of Captain James T. Kirk and Dr. Leonard McCoy after they are accused of killing Chancellor Gorkon of the Klingon High Council.
Alexander returns to Worf's life in Sons and Daughters (DS9 season 6), now looking equivalent to a human 21 year old and having joined the Klingon Defense Force in active duty aboard various Klingon ships. Alexander is 9 years old when the Dominion war ends.
Worf is 100% Klingon by birth, although he was adopted by humans at a young age. B'elanna Torres, however was born to a Klingon mother and a Human father, so she is half Klingon, half Human.
Memory Alpha notes that there is no canonical maximum estimate for Klingon lifespans, but several Klingons are known to have exceed a century, and some may have made it past 150 (earyh) years. That makes them pretty comparable to 24th century humans.
The baldric didn't just show that Worf was Klingon. It was also an important celebration of Klingon heritage. While other baldrics might have been used to carry weapons, the Klingon ones were solely for honoring their family or house, something that was important to Worf.
Will Riker and Deanna Troi Aren't Getting a Divorce, but They Were in Trouble. While running from trouble in Season 1, Jean-Luc stayed with Will and Deanna on Nepenthe, a planet whose climate was helpful for Thad. He suffered from a disease that had no viable cure.
Worf, the Klingon character in Star Trek: The Next Generation, was married twice. His first marriage was to K'Ehleyr, and his second was to Jadzia Dax in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
Since Pierce was dead at the time of the action, there was no way that Worf and Troi could have interviewed him. And they were shown to have slept together after their interview with him. Also Geordi states that there were no bones found, so that was part of Deanna's vision too.
