This is Padmé's handmaidens named Versé. As the women are walking down the ramp there's an explosion that kills both Cordé and Versé. Padmé and Cordé (played by Veronica Segura) are able to exchange a few words before Cordé dies, but we never see any more of Versé.
The life of Sabé is very interesting. She spent her entire life dedicated to the protection of a politician who died suddenly then worked to protect the person who killed her. Sabé was also visibly in love with Padme, though her affections were always unrequited.
In total Padmé had 13 handmaidens. There was Sabé, Rabé, Eiraté, Saché, Yané, Cordé, Dormé, Versé, Karté, Moteé, Ellé, Duja, and Teckla Minnau. For a long time, it has been a mystery as to what the purpose of the handmaidens was, and also why Padmé had elaborate outfits and a strange accent.
Sabé becomes a decoy, disguised as the Queen, while Amidala adopts a simple gown of a handmaiden, and goes by her less formal name of Padmé Naberrie. When in this role, Sabé and Padmé secretly communicate with subtle signals as to not divulge their true identities.
Padmé was born in 46 BBY (Before the Battle of Yavin) and Anakin's miraculous Force-created birth came in 41 BBY, so Padmé was five years older than him. They did not meet until Star Wars: Episode I - The Phantom Menace, which took place in 32 BBY.

What happened to Captain Panaka?
When the Trade Federation invaded Naboo in 32 BBY, Panaka fled the planet, accompanying Queen Padmé Amidala to Tatooine and then Coruscant before ultimately returning to Naboo in order to liberate their homeworld. He later acquired the title of Moff during the rise of the Galactic Empire.
But it's the interactions she has with her team of handmaidens that make this an enjoyable novel from beginning to end. On Naboo, it's customary for the Queen to have a decoy, but Padmé decides to have five, and it's Panaka's job to find the best girls for the job.
Like Sabé, Cordé worked closely with Padmé, and the two women became close friends. Amidala kneels with Cordé, shortly before she died. In 22 BBY, Cordé was killed in an assassination attempt on Amidala when the Senator returned to Coruscant for the Senate vote on the Military Creation Act.
Padmé Naberrie was born to humble parents, and was identified early as one of Naboo's best and brightest. She devoted herself to civic duty, and was elected Queen of Naboo at age 14. Padmé adopted Amidala as her name in office.
Years later, as an adult, Anakin's crush on Padmé turned into love at the time he was assigned to protect her from an unknown bounty Hunter (Jango Fett) on Naboo.
Anakin and Padmé met when Anakin was still just a young boy in Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace. Though he was already infatuated with her then, it was a boyish crush — one that Padmé could not reciprocate at the time.
She was not allowed to wear a starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Brassiere on set because of the “no underwear in space” rule. Instead, the costume designers had her cover certain areas with gaffer tape, which is incredibly sticky and painful to remove.
Luke and Leia weren't Clones either, which is the other means of reproducing in SW. They were non-identical twins, they weren't grown in a vat like the Clone Troopers but born as a result of a normal pregnancy. Sabé impersonated Queen Amidala in order to protect her during the Invasion of Naboo. Sabé was one of five handmaidens that served Queen Amidala during the Trade Federation's blockade and subsequent invasion of Naboo.

Anakin does not have even the slightest bit of remorse. By the end, he feels nothing but anger. Although he feels regret for killing Padme, he still helps the evil Emperor. The film ends with Anakins standing side by side with the man on whose behalf he has committed all his crimes.

In order to hide the fact that Amidala's twins survived, her body was prepared to still appear pregnant. Her maternal grandmother, Ryoo Thule, oversaw Amidala's funeral, as per Naboo custom. Amidala's body in her casket as it is drawn through the streets of Theed.
Anakin Skywalker's birth mystery is solved - his mother, Shmi Skywalker, reveals that there was no father and she can't explain what happened. Qui-Gon Jinn believed that the Force itself created Anakin in Shmi's womb, making him the Chosen One who would bring balance to the Force.
Bonteri was killed in an apparent Republic attack that followed the failed peace initiative, but Republic spies confirmed that it was Dooku's agents who killed her. Her son tried to avenge his mother's death by briefly joining the Death Watch.
Amidala's body was taken to Naboo aboard Organa's ship, the Tantive III, and prepared by mortician Commodex Tahn, who made it look as if she had died pregnant. Her death was attributed to the alleged Jedi Rebellion that had prompted Order 66.
