Dick Grayson remains the strongest and most skilled Robin (proven in Battle for the Cowl), but he has grown so much as a character. He has become his own man, taking up the mantle of Nightwing to distance himself from Batman.

If it's a hand to hand fight Nightwing's going to win no doubt. He just has the experience, better fitness, fighter ability and typically better read on people. Nightwing would destroy Red Robin easily if there was no holding back.
Tim Drake can rival Batman's skills as a detective, and even exceed them. He proved his keen analytical mind when he deduced Batman and Robin's true identities based on context clues alone. More than that, Tim is the only Robin to volunteer for the position without personal loss as his motivation.
Damian Wayne is one of the most combat-proficient Robins due to his training from the League of Assassins. Unlike his father, Batman, Damian Wayne is prepared to be lethal. Whenever Damian faces Deathstroke head-to-head, he typically comes out on top.
Jason Todd was one of the worst Robin's in comic book history. He was so hated that DC had a fan vote for whether Joker should kill Robin, and the fans voted to let the Boy Wonder die.
Damian Wayne is considered as the darkest Robin due to his upbringing (in the League of Assassins by his grandfather Ra's Al Ghul)… he actually isn't that dark. Sure he thinks killing is perfectly normal, sure he's a tad violent, but he's just a kid at heart.

He trained since he was a small child, and only got better, building on the foundation given to him by parents. Nightwing's acrobatics were far superior to Batman's, and made a huge difference in his many battles over the years.
Robin did not become the Joker. The second Robin in the animated series, Tim Drake, was kidnapped by the Joker, tortured, and turned into a sidekick/pet of the Joker called Joker Junior. Batman rescued him, but he was so traumatized that he quit being Robin.
