In the waning days of the Clone Wars, Plo Koon was given command of the 442nd Siege Battalion in addition to his troopers in the Wolf Pack. This task force of clone soldiers, numbering around 3,000, were sent to capture the Nemoidian homeworld of Cato Nemoidia.
The 104th Battalion, also known as the "Wolf Pack" Battalion, or the Wolfpack Battalion, was a clone trooper military battalion of the Grand Army of the Republic. The 104th was led by Jedi General Plo Koon and Clone Commander Wolffe throughout the Clone Wars.
During this time, Koon took on the Trandoshan Padawan Lissarkh, training her in the ways of the Force. Plo Koon was present when his friend Master Jinn reported his suspicions that the Sith Lords of the past were not extinct as once thought, but rather in hiding and preparing to reveal themselves.
Plo Koon was born on the planet Dorin. At some point, Koon was discovered by the Jedi Order and was selected to be the Padawan of Jedi Master Tyvokka. Koon eventually became a Jedi Master.
In 19 BBY, he fought on the planet Cato Neimoidia, flying an ARC-170 starfighter. When Order 66 was issued by Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, CT-57/11-9048 and Captain Jai'galaar killed their commanding officer, Jedi Master Plo Koon, while they were escorting him on a patrol of the planet's bridge cities.
Plo Koon, who was Wolffe's Jedi General, was shot down on Cato Nemoidia by his wingmen. Wolffe was no pilot, and even if he was, both Canon and Legends state he was shot down by a clone called Jag and a clone numbered CT 57/11–9048 (which is NOT Wolffe's number, and Wolffe's number starts with CC too).
Throughout his tenure as a Jedi, Plo Koon grew to be very powerful, with a deep connection to the Force. He was highly skilled with telekinesis, able to maneuver objects with the power of his mind. He was known for his incredible piloting skills as well, which rivaled those of Anakin Skywalker.
Being the one who found her, Plo took her to the Jedi Temple, where she was to be raised to learn the ways of the Jedi. She and Plo had developed an unbreakable bond that was something of a father/daughter dynamic. Through their bond, Plo Koon affectionately calls her "Little 'Soka" and Ahsoka calls him "Master Plo."
Filoni pitched the idea of retconning Plo Koon as an Order 66 survivor, but Lucas shot the proposal down as efficiently as the 104th. Filoni didn't elaborate on Lucas' reasoning, but he clearly respects the judgment, which means Plo Koon will be staying dead.
Plo Koon and Bo Keevil wore metal masks and goggles as a life-support device to protect their sensitive eyes, lungs, and nostrils from the oxygen-rich atmosphere of Coruscant and other planets when away from their homeworld of Dorin.
Commander Bacara and his marines opened fire on Ki-Adi-Mundi while on a mission to Mygeeto. Though the Jedi attempted to put up a defense, he was overwhelmed by the gunfire and killed.
The 7th Sky Corps was a military corps of the Grand Army of the Republic. Like other units in the Grand Army, the ranks of the 7th consisted of clone troopers that had been engineered to fight for the Galactic Republic.
The Kel Dor species has a similar average life expectancy to a human, but Plo Koon is over 300 years old in Kel Dor years – which works out even older in standard Star Wars years – according to Legends canon (so, potentially not canon anymore).
She senses Anakin when she reaches out to the pilot — and Vader realizes that Ahsoka, his former Padawan, lives on. In Season 2, Episode 18, “Shroud of Darkness,” Ahsoka's guilt manifests as a vision of Anakin, who's angry with her for leaving him all those years ago.
Anakin Skywalker is the best pilot in the Star Wars franchise, with his exceptional skills showcased throughout the prequel trilogy and even after his fall to the dark side. Plo Koon, highly regarded in the Jedi Order, ranks as the second-best pilot, matching Anakin's abilities and recognized for his skills in the air.
Clone Commander Wolffe (clone designation CC-3636) once served under General Plo Koon in the Clone Wars, as commander of the tight-knit unit known as the Wolf Pack. A seasoned and battered combatant, over the three years of the conflict Wolffe witnessed some of the worst the war had to offer.
