Ebony Maw was a member of the Black Order and an adoptive son of Thanos. Gifted with powers of telekinesis, Maw was deeply loyal to Thanos and gave warnings of his power across the galaxy while assisting in the search for the Infinity Stones.
The Black Order, also known as the Children of Thanos, was an elite team comprised of powerful individuals who used their abilities to serve their adoptive father Thanos. As Thanos' vicious generals, they assisted him in his mission to find and harness the power of the Infinity Stones.
Back in the original Infinity Gauntlet storyline from 1991, Mephisto acted as Thanos' advisor after he assembled all the Infinity Gems, both in his battle against Marvel's heroes and his romantic pursuit of Mistress Death, who he hoped to impress by killing half of all life in the universe.
Damion Poitier is an African-American actor who is known for his cameo as Thanos at the very end of the first Avengers film before he got replaced by Josh Brolin in Guardians of the Galaxy. He also made appearances as thugs or soldiers in Captain America: Civil War, Jarhead, Payday 2, Alias, Charmed and Firefly.
Thanos made his live-action debut in The Avengers with Damion Poitier playing the iconic MCU character. After Josh Brolin took over the role, Thanos appeared as the primary antagonist of the Infinity Saga. Thanos' MCU appearance was successful and Brolin made quite the spectacle of the role.
After Loki arrived on Earth and used the Scepter's power to build a small army of human soldiers, including Erik Selvig and Hawkeye, he went to a flashback where he was speaking to Thanos, with the Other being the one who was speaking with him on behalf of Thanos.

Gamora is the adopted daughter of Thanos, and the last of her species. Her powers include superhuman strength and agility and an accelerated healing factor. She also is an elite combatant, being able to beat most of the opponents in the galaxy. She is a member of the superhero group known as the Infinity Watch.
However, while Ebony Maw took on a larger role in the film, Corvus Glaive was Thanos' second-in-command and leader of the Outrider army that attacks Wakanda.
Kingpin is being set up as the new villain to replace Thanos in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, with similarities in personality and influence. Kingpin's trajectory mirrors Thanos' build-up in the Infinity Saga, with smaller appearances slowly building his legacy before his proper villain debut.
But the one being Thanos hates more than anyone is the Merc With A Mouth himself, Deadpool – a rivalry that MCU fans are likely going to miss. While many fans may not expect this rivalry, Thanos and Deadpool have been at odds for quite some time.
Thanos' biggest enemy may not be the Avengers, but the Merc With A Mouth - Deadpool himself. The Mad Titan's cosmic opposite is revealed as he battles Deadpool over a star-crossed romance. Even with Thanos' admiration for Deadpool's resilience, their rivalry is likely confined to the comic world.
Iron-Man. Of course, this is the man who is actually able to defeat Thanos in the end, sacrificing himself in order to kill him. He loses his own life to do that, proving just how unselfish he is at his core, with Iron-Man's power and strength of character being the overwhelming power for him.
However, Ultron, who was fascinated with the Stones, effortlessly killed Thanos by cutting his body in half with a laser beam from the Mind Stone and obtained all the Stones for himself which turned him into a cosmic being.
Before he could say anything else, an enraged Thor decapitated Thanos, killing the Mad Titan. When Rocket asked what he had done, Thor replied that this time, he went for the head.
Hela's combat skills were superior even to Valkyrie and Thor, who are immensely skilled and powerful Asgardian warriors in their own right. She quickly overpowered Thor in their first confrontation and ultimately beat him in their second without much effort, even gouging out Thor's right eye with her Necrosword.
Still licking his wounds, Loki next appeared in 2012's The Avengers. Using a scepter with mind control capabilities—a gift from Thanos (Josh Brolin)—Loki staged his takeover of Thor's favorite realm: Midgard. With the help of the Chitauri, Loki opened a portal to Earth and arrived at an underground S.H.I.E.L.D.
