In the aftermath of his failure, Thor had a new-found determination to kill Thanos and undo the Snap. The remaining Avengers converged on the Titan's home to find him wounded and the Infinity Stones destroyed. Seeking vengeance, Thor raised Stormbreaker and, with one fell swoop, beheaded Thanos.
Upon learning that Annihilus wanted to destroy all life in both the positive and negative matter universes, Thanos tried to release Galactus. Most unfortunately, Drax showed up and ripped out Thanos's heart, killing him.
After escaping and defeating Thanos' henchman Mangog, Thor went after the Mad Titan. Aided by ancient Asgardian weapons granted to Thor by his father Odin, Thor was able to defeat Thanos quite handily.

Summary. Thanos considered Iron Man a significant threat, as he prepared to use four Infinity Stones to kill him during their battle on Titan in Avengers: Infinity War. Iron Man's past actions, such as single-handedly defeating Thanos' forces in The Avengers, earned him the fear and respect of the Mad Titan.
Having nothing else to search for, Thor, without giving much thought to it, swiftly decapitated Thanos' head, instantly killing him. The reason for Thor's reason is understandable, as he feels depressed due to his failure to stop Thanos' goal.
The Avengers and Fantastic Four died to stop him. During that ultimate sacrifice, Hulk also died. Jean Grey shut down Bruce Banner's brain, turning Hulk into a savage. The two ended up separated, and Hulk ended up in an irradiated cocoon, one that killed Hulk completely, which led to a new Hulk being horn.
