In the 2003 film Freddy vs. Jason, Lori Campbell and Will Rollins are the only survivors of the events that saw Nightmare on Elm Street cross over with Friday the 13th.
Jason (2003) After over a decade in development hell, Freddy vs. Jason saw both slashers escape from actual Hell for some more slicing and dicing fun. The two lead survivors are Lori (Monica Keena), and her boyfriend Will (Jason Ritter).
Jason ultimately defeats Freddy despite appearing to die in the process, stabbing him with Freddy's own claws before falling into Crystal Lake, though if he did this to continue battling Freddy or for some reason save Lori for saving him earlier is unknown.
Jason falls off the dock and Freddy's head and body sink into the lake, both seemingly dead. After dropping the machete where Jason submerged, Lori and Will leave. The next morning, Jason emerges from the lake, holding his machete and Freddy's head.
Freddy is still alive in some sense who uses the consciousness of Jason Voorhees to help instill fear in the children of Elm Street. This fear he uses to feed on, which allows him to regain power, thus allowing him to be reborn and get back to his reign of terror.
Discovering that Freddy was a child murderer who had been preying on their children, the parents formed a mob and took matters into their own hands. Cornering Freddy in an abandoned boiler room, they doused him with gasoline and set him on fire, ultimately burning him alive.
Despite the success, there have been no rumors of a sequel in the works for the past 20 years, and it may be too late for one now. The development of the first movie was plagued with problems, including delays, difficulty finding a director, and script rewrites, making a sequel's development uncertain.
Ultimately, Jason's persistence and ability to make his own decisions make him the winner in this battle, assuming Vorhees and Myers don't team up. The Friday the 13th saga may not be the best or the most critically respected slasher film franchise, but when it comes to unstoppable villains, it may have no peer.
Jason killed his sister, Diana, and used the corpse to be reborn. He then attempted to kill his niece, Jessica, and her child, Stephanie, to make sure he cannot be destroyed. But Jessica Voorhees stabbed him with a special dagger and sent him straight to hell.
So, with his single kill in that clash, Freddy holds a total of 38. That may look like a considerable figure but, all in all, Jason has a total of 151 kills. The victor is clear, but time will tell if the upcoming Crystal Lake Peacock prequel series will be the project to boost Jason's lead.
Although devious, tricky, and just as creative with kills as Jason, Child's Play's Chucky is still a doll, and while he may hold his own for a little while, he would eventually get caught by Jason and probably drop-kicked across Crystal Lake, meeting a quick and embarrassing end.
Though they have their similarities, Freddy and Jason feel like they're playing with different rules, with Freddy being far more dangerous and evil than Jason. Though it seems that Jason would be enormously outmatched in a battle with Krueger, Jason actually put in a good fight against The Springwood Slasher.
Jason has literally fought Leatherface and held his own and even Freddy Krueger (who is leagues stronger than Leatherface while in the Dream World) had trouble harming Jason. Leatherface ain't doing crap to him.

As Freddy buries Kainaaz (who was miraculously still alive after the teeth extraction), he tells her a final joke, saying he "still loves her." He lies down between the two buried bodies and smiles creepily at the audience as the screen goes black.

Sure his size could allow him to be much harder to grab and avoid Michael much easier, but it still has too many downfalls.
Although the ending to the movie is ambiguous, director Ronny Yu insists that he felt it was clear that Jason was the victor. Fans were outraged that Kane Hodder did not reprise his role as Jason as it was him who help set up Freddy vs. Jason years ago.
