To compete with these foes, this means Cole was simply far more powerful than Alex. Boomstick: Speakin' of the Beast, Cole's ability to disintegrate it at the atomic level meant that even Alex's crazy molecular regeneration couldn't stand up to Cole's might.
In terms of power and skill, Cole had Delsin outmatched. Throughout his career, Cole's fought Conduits who are several times stronger than himself, such as Alden Tate, a powerful telekenetic who created a monster created from the surrounding metal from the destroyed bridge they were on.

Evil Smoke's extra height to vent jumps was excellent to move around with compared to good, but overall I think Good had the slightly better powers. Slowing down time to snipe in Neon or not uncloaking to subdue in Video was great. "We are all legends... our only choice is how to end the tale."
At the Bonfire their relationship reaches a fever pitch, with Cole clearly jealous over Alex and Jackie and bumping into Alex and saying "They will eventually come to me anyway"(Referring to Jackie). This causes Alex to punch Cole and Jackie to lash out at Alex.
Much like how human muscles reacted when tasered, Alex's biomass would tighten and constrict when in contact with electricity, briefly preventing him from shapeshifting. He eventually grew an immunity to this element, but high enough voltages could still harm him.
Weaknesses: Can use water to electrify enemies but is also vulnerable to water that might drown him, can possibly negate this weakness with Cryokinesis and Pyrokinesis.
In season 1, Alex constantly competed with his brother, Cole. Their complicated relationship stems from the fact that Cole kissed Alex's ex-girlfriend, Paige, and Alex tried to prove to himself and to Cole that he's better than him, and that is part of why he wanted to date Jackie so much.
As they try to escape before sunrise, Cole drops the scroll and quickly goes back to retrieve it. Unfortunately, he fails to get out in time, and the curse of the temple turns him into a ghost.
Though Cole eventually rids himself of his demonic nature and marries Phoebe in season four, he later returns to evil after he unwillingly becomes the new Source of All Evil. This causes the sisters to kill him towards the end of season four.
Cole dies in the good ending. We see his body loaded into a coffin and Zeke takes it out to sea. But as the boat drifts off into the horizon and the screen starts to black out a bolt of lightning seemingly and ominously strikes the boat.

Conduit provides temporary shield regeneration for herself and her teammates. The temporary shields only regen up to three shield bars and the regen can be paused if the player with the effect gets damaged. The regen and temporary shields deplete after a few seconds.

Yang tells Cole he wanted to be immortal so he wouldn't be forgotten, but Cole assures Yang he'll be remembered as the creator of Airjitzu. Cole crosses through the rift and becomes a human once more, but the rift almost closes the moment he crosses through it, giving him a ghostly green scar on his face.
Cole is stripped of his demonic side. Later, the Seer betrays the Source by contacting Cole and giving him the Hollow to help defeat the Source. The Seer and Phoebe then use their combined abilities to put the Hollow back in its crypt and return Piper and Paige's stolen powers.
