As someone who can create both a lot of sound and a lot of fire, Venom's only real chance is if Slade can't figure out his weaknesses. Though Spider-Man may not always have the resources to take on someone like Venom, Deathstroke almost always has enough equipment to quickly put the villain down.
Even aside from his abilities, Black Panther has access to some of the most advanced technology in the entire Marvel universe. With this in mind, it only makes sense that he would be able to take down someone like Deathstroke.
However, that would take away some of Spider-Man's other advantages- he's much faster and more agile, way stronger, and takes a licking and keeps on ticking. Add to that his webbing and Spider-Man will take the win. It won't be easy and he's going to take a beating, but it'll still be a win.
Batman without a doubt. Batman has mastered over 125 martial arts and is a master tactician. He's fought and beat Deathstroke already. The only argument one needs to prove Batmans victory is the fact that Deathstroke first appeared as a teen Titans villain and Dick Grayson beat him.

Deathstroke has Captain America beat in just about every way- he's stronger, faster, and his enhanced brain gives him an edge that makes him near unbeatable.
While Deathstroke is obviously the more skilled combatant, he would never be able to put a permanent end to Deadpool the way he has so many others. For however close it any have been, Deadpool is still the winner.
Deathstroke is going to find it very hard to hurt Wolverine and the whole time he's trying to figure out a way to do so, Wolverine will be going at him. Wolverine is arguably Deathstroke's superior when it comes to skill and experience and that's going to make a big difference as well.

Deathstroke is someone who has taken down A-list Justice League teams with little fuss. A chi-powered martial artist is tough but Deathstroke has faced down and beat way tougher. Iron Fist doesn't have a chance.
Spiderman, easily. Spiderman is a master at Spider-fu ( yes that's what it's called ) and besides other Spider people, he's the only one who knows it. Deathstroke has superhuman abilities like speed and strength and, most importantly, a healing factor.

While he's beaten Deathstroke with the help of the Teen Titans, in one on one rights Nightwing has never been able to defeat Deathstroke. This is a shocker, as Nightwing has usually proven to be more than capable against just about anyone.

As for the verdict, and based on the wins, Deathstroke wins but it was definitely a close fight. Castle might get outmatched in their actual fight but he is never outgunned and will surely make Wilson sweat or even bleed. Ultimately, the supersoldier assassin from DC still wins.
Though in a fair, toe-to-toe matchup where the two characters wield their weapons of choice and duke it out, Thor's power and fighting experience would be far too great for Deathstroke to handle and therefore Thor would take home the win.
Deathstroke is a more grounded villain, while Wonder Woman is known for battling gods and monsters, making their fight a match-up nobody expected. Deathstroke and Wonder Woman have actually tangled several times over the years, and Wonder Woman won every fight.
Bane is a prodigy in strategy but Deathstroke has an enhanced mind that analyzes situations faster than any human. Bane possesses a moderate arsenal but his Venom makes him superior to any man but Deathstroke has a veritable armory of weapons that can take down armies.
