This was due to Disney being unable to trademark the name "Zootopia" in these territories for various legal reasons, including Danish Givskud Zoo registering the name Zootopia in 2014. In Germany, the film was titled Zoomania due to a children's book by German author Kay Fischer titled Zootropolis released in 2010.
Not according to Disney's first statement on the matter, at least: “In the UK we decided to change the title to Zootropolis to merely allow the film to have a unique title that works for UK audiences,” a spokesperson told Screen International. The film itself remains unchanged.

Zootopia 2 was confirmed to be in development in February 2023. As per Disney, Zootopia 2 will be released in theaters on November 26, 2025. It is confirmed to be the previously untitled Disney animated movie that was on the release schedule for that date, and is sooner than anticipated for the Zootopia sequel.
Why did they change the name of Zootopia on Reddit?
It was Zootopia in North America and Zootropolis in other markets. Disney couldn't trademark Zootopia in some markets, like Denmark, where a Danish zoo had already trademarked the term. Givskud Zoo in Denmark had a trademark on the name Zootopia in Europe.
The film was retitled for theatrical release across several international territories. In the United Kingdom and other European, Middle Eastern, and North African countries, the film was renamed Zootropolis, a reference to the concept of a "metropolis" rather than to that of a "utopia".

In an interview, the directors stated that they intentionally made Judy and Nick's relationship ambiguous in the ending. They also stated that in a potential sequel, they felt it would be necessary to define the relationship, as to whether it is romantic or platonic in nature.
Later, some time after their first wedding anniversary, Nick got some major news from Judy. "I'm pregnant," she said. Nick's eyes went wide for a second, but then he embraced her in joy.
Before she could do anything, Nick kissed her on the lips fiercely. Even though it happened by surprise, Judy didn´t mind it at all. The way Nick kissed him felt so wonderful to her, almost putting her into a dreamlike daze. She kissed him back instantly.
