After successfully defeating the RDA in the Assault on the Tree of Souls, all humans, with the exception of a few, were banished from Pandora and were sent back to their dying planet. Jake released his toruk, as Toruk Makto was no longer needed.
Jake turns against the RDA after sympathizing with the Na'vi and mating with Neytiri. Jake becomes the sixth Toruk Makto and leads the Na'vi in a battle to drive the RDA off Pandora. After the battle, Jake's consciousness is permanently transferred into his avatar via the Tree of Souls.

Her father is not a father, her father is another mother, Eywa, the Great Mother, the sentient life force of Pandora itself that exists in all things there, but is rarely understood. So essentially yes, Kiri was born from Eywa just like Anakin Skywalker was allegedly conceived by the Force itself and its midichlorians.
Its Na'vi name (toruk) means “last shadow,” and with good reason: the great leonopteryx is the apex aerial predator of the Pandoran skies. Their fierceness and impressive size – its wingspan is more than 25 meters – have given these animals a central place in Na'vi lore and culture, as seen in the first movie.

In Avatar, the Na'vi are an indigenous species that live on Pandora. They are humanoid in appearance and are 9 to 10 feet (2.7 to 3.0 m) tall, having pairs of eyes, ears, arms, legs and feet like humans, as well as a nose, a mouth, and expressions recognizable to humans.
