If Olaf's height was listed correctly on the Frozen Wiki, Elsa would tower over the other residents of Arandelle at eleven feet tall. After spotting the inconsistency in the Wiki, fans on Twitter calculated Elsa's height based on Olaf being 5'4", and found that the numbers simply didn't make sense.
According to the above tweet by Jennifer Lee, writer and director of Frozen and Frozen 2, Olaf is more likely to be 3'4” tall. However, a very detailed analysis by Tumblr user goldfishturtle reaches the conclusion that he is 2'6” without twigs, and 3'1” with twigs.
Say the names quickly in sequence to hear the similarity. According to Jennifer Lee, Anna is 18 years old in the film, while both Elsa and Kristoff are 21 years old and Hans is 23 years old.
In the first Frozen movie, Elsa's age was 21, while Anna was 18. Considering Frozen revolved around Elsa's coronation, it's refreshing to see that Arendelle waited until she was a more appropriate age to receive the queen title. Frozen II occurred after a 3-year time jump, with Elsa now 24 and Anna 21.
As per the Frozen Wiki, Elsa's official height is 5'7". Based on the movies, where Olaf is roughly half of Elsa's height, that would place the snowman right around 2'8" - which is much closer to his appearance in the Frozen films.

After the release of Frozen 2, fans were surprised to see Olaf's height listed as 5'4" on the Frozen Wiki - which would make Elsa tower over him at over eleven feet tall.
According to Frozen director, Jennifer Lee, Elsa stands at approximately 5'7", while Anna is a more average 5'5." Lee admits she may be off by a couple of inches as their heights are from her memory, but recalls these as the correct measurements for the sisters.
Two sisters with similar features but vastly different skin undertones: one is cool and the other one is warm. Both have blue eyes yet Elsa's eyes are cool blue and Anna's are warm turquoise. Two sisters who are (most probably) the same Image Archetype but are vastly different Colour Types.
As for whether Elsa and Anna are white … the Northuldra are modeled on the Sami, an indigenous people scattered across northern Scandinavia and northwestern Russia who have faced a great deal of discrimination, but there's a lot of disagreement about the genetic and linguistic origins of Sami to this day.
Olaf appears in the sequel Frozen II, where he no longer needs a permanent snow flurry, as he is now made of permafrost, and enjoys being able to freely bask in the sun year-round. Now three years old, Olaf is slightly more intelligent and mature.
It was unexpected, Elsa and Anna are both portrayed in the animated film as two Norwegian princesses from the 1840s — it's highly unlikely that their father, the King, was not white. I immediately looked over to my husband who had noticed the same thing I did. He shrugged at me. We looked at our children.
Although Elsa's disability is encoded as a magical ice power, the language the film uses to talk about her condition maps on to the experiences of people with physical, mental, and intellectual disabilities in recognizable ways.
Indeed, as there are no condoms or any other reliable form of birth control in the frontier, there's a real possibility that Ennis really did impregnate Elsa. Sadly, before 1883 could even drop any clues that Elsa was pregnant, Ennis died in the next episode while Elsa died during the finale.
