We know that Tiffany (played by Jennifer Tilly) was Charles Lee Ray's girlfriend and got killed by Chucky and managed to to transfer her soul into a doll before dying. The doll managed to travel to Hollywood and transfer Tiffanys soul into Jennifer Tilly.
How do Chucky and Tiffany come back in Seed of Chucky?

Chucky and Tiffany are brought back by their child in a Hollywood film set when he reads the inscription on the Heart of Damballa. When they see he has no genitals, Tiffany sees it as proof the child is a girl and names it Glenda (feminizing the name, Glen, which Chucky had given to him previously).
Well, because they tried a bit too hard to incorporate way too much comedy. Don't get me wrong here, it is still an adequate movie, and the other "Child's Play" movies also do have elements of humor in them, but it was just a bit too much in "Seed of Chucky".
What happened to Glen and Glenda after Seed of Chucky?
At the end of Seed of Chucky, Glen and Glenda were transferred into twin human babies, allowing both of them to exist simultaneously. Because their consciousness was transferred into infant-sized brains, the twins grew up without the knowledge that they once lived as a sentient doll.
Eventually, Tiffany decides to give up killing to raise her child, but Chucky refuses. The two settle on a plan to transfer their souls into human bodies, and Glen and Glenda into two separate twins, created by impregnating actress Jennifer Tilly with Chucky's sperm in a weird bit of meta humor.
After the events of the film (and bear with me here, because this gets complicated): Glen murders Chucky for killing Tiffany, Tiffany possesses the soul of actress Jennifer Tilly, And a possessed Tilly gives birth to twin babies so Glen and Glenda can live on as humans.
Chucky and Tiffany make plans to transfer their souls into Redman and Jennifer. Tiffany knocks them out and uses a turkey baster to inseminate Jennifer with Chucky's semen, intending to use her baby as a host for Glen's soul.
The Colonel's final words. The Colonel (2021 – 2022) was a Good Guy doll possessed by a piece of the original Chucky's soul. He believed himself to be the supreme Chucky and murdered many others, taking Andy Barclay as a hostage and becoming a cannibal by eating parts of him.
Curse of Chucky was released nine years after Seed, though the narrative picks up only four years after Seed's epilogue (and 25 years after the first movie). Chucky finds himself in a new home, tormenting Nica Pierce and her family.
Eight years after Chucky's second demise, the Play Pals company resumes manufacturing Good Guy dolls and re-opens the abandoned factory. A splash of blood from Chucky's corpse is inadvertently mixed in with the molten plastic being used to produce the dolls, reviving him in an updated body.
He proceeds to transfer her soul into the bridal doll, to make her understand what it is like to be trapped in a doll body. For the both of them to be human again, Chucky explains to her a plan to use his old voodoo amulet to transfer their souls into new bodies.
The ultimate choice was to have the corporation that produces the Good Guy dolls reassemble Chucky to show consumers that there's nothing wrong with the doll. Naturally, while doing so, the line worker reassembling the doll is electrocuted by a power surge, thus reviving Chucky.
Tiffany also made use of this spell, splitting her own soul and placing a piece into a brand new Belle doll, using this new Tiffany as a minion of her own.
She is his accomplice in murder and love and has the same killer instincts. Tiffany loves Chucky, even in his doll form, and in Bride of Chucky, she recovers his body from the authorities so she can raise him from the dead yet again.
As a result, his persona changed from one of murder and toxicity to one of almost childlike innocence. However, the dam seemingly began to break as the “real” Chucky poked through, resulting in the defenestration of Nadine as well as a full-on return to evil once Andy Barclay and the gang came to give him an exorcism.
Child's Play 2 (1990) does make her fate seem dark, however. She didn't back off from sticking to Andy's claims of a killer doll, causing the two to be separated. Little Andy is left with a framed photo of them in happier times. He goes into the foster care system while his mom is institutionalized.
Jake takes Chucky to school the next day, hoping to sell it at a good price; he is then bullied by Lexy Cross, his cousin Junior's girlfriend. At night, Andy Barclay calls Jake and suggests caution with the doll. Upon confirming that Chucky works without batteries, Jake throws him away.
After her husband's funeral, she is kidnapped by Charles, but manages to call the police. Charles angered by her rejection, pulls out a knife and stabs her in the stomach before fleeing the oncoming police. Because she was pregnant with Nica, his actions cause her to be paraplegic.
When Nica asks Chucky what his motive is, he reveals that he was a family friend that was secretly in love with Nica's mother Sarah. He killed her father and kidnapped Sarah.
In order to get Glen's soul into a human body, Chucky's semen is inserted by Tiffany into Jennifer so she can bear a child for Glen to use. As the two awake the next morning, unaware of the events of the night before, Jennifer suddenly experiences morning sickness and realizes that she is pregnant.
Following the events of “Bride of Chucky,” Tiffany, in doll form, gave birth to a child who was born a doll rather than just a soul trapped in one like their parents. Glen grows up and is introduced in “Seed of Chucky” as a sweet child who doesn't share their parents' appetite for murder.
Glen was completely opposite from their father Chucky and their twin sister, Glenda. Even though he was Chucky's son, who was cruel, malevolent and sadistic, Glen is strikingly meek, kind and compassionate. their parents had their different reactions to their gentle nature.
