Star Wars Rebels introduced time travel through the World Between Worlds, allowing characters to alter the past and future in the franchise. We saw this when Ezra went back in time to save Ahsoka during her duel with Darth Vader.
Ahsoka Tano has died three times in Star Wars, but was resurrected thanks to the power of the Force and the influence of the Daughter. In Star Wars Rebels, Ahsoka faced her former master, Darth Vader, and appeared to die, but was saved by Ezra Bridger using the World Between Worlds.
And when Ezra visited the World Between Worlds, a nexus of space and time, and thought about saving Kanan's life, he realized Kanan's death was his final lesson. Their relationship almost never made it that far. Another famous Force-user also wanted Ezra as his student.
The Purrgil captured the ship Ezra and Thrawn were in and jumped to hyperspace, leaving no track behind. Grand Admiral Thrawn was now missing, and Ezra's sacrifice represented a major victory for the rebels.
Ahsoka was essentially a live-action sequel to Rebels and revealed that the reunion between Tano and Wren happened around 9 ABY. Therefore, at least nine years passed between Star Wars Rebels' Battle of Lothal, during which Ezra Bridger and Grand Admiral Thrawn disappeared, and the reunion between Sabine and Ahsoka.

Is Ahsoka alive in Rise of Skywalker?
It would seem the answer is clear: When Rey called upon all the energy of the Jedi, Ahsoka was still alive, and possibly, still living in the faraway galaxy we see in Ahsoka Season 1.
After the fall of the Empire, Wren and Ahsoka Tano set off on a journey to find Bridger and bring him home. After almost a decade of being stranded on the planet Peridea in another galaxy, Ezra reunited with Sabine and Ahsoka as they came to Peridea alongside a force that were looking for Thrawn.
Despite being absent from The Rise of Skywalker, Ezra's experience as a Jedi who resisted the dark side could have been useful in navigating Palpatine's ploys. His exclusion from the Jedi voices scene suggests he may be alive during that time.
Several consider Sabine and Ezra as a romantic couple while others consider it strictly platonic. Though they were confirmed to have a sibling dynamic, there are several aspects that they have romantic feelings for another.

Even without this consideration, however, it's possible to find some in-universe reasons why Yoda referred to Luke as the last Jedi despite Ahsoka and Ezra, both people Yoda knew, being still alive.
Ezra is one of the most powerful Force users, along with several others, such as the Skywalker family, Rey, and Yoda. He was able to jump long distances when making escapes on the rooftops and sense things before they happened.
Kanan and Ezra's relationship was of Master and Padawan and eventually, resembled a father-son/older brother-younger brother relationship. Kanan Jarrus is a Jedi and survivor of Order 66 while Ezra Bridger is a Force-sensitive, orphaned teenager who becomes a Jedi Padawan.
Tano even died during a series of events on Mortis, but the Daughter, a Force wielder who personified the light side, sacrificed herself to resurrect Tano and bring her back to life.

As the final Battle of Lothal unfolded between the rebels and the Empire, a pod of majestic purrgil arrived to decimate the fleet and transport Thrawn, Ezra, and their ship into hyperspace. With one final message to his found family encouraging them to keep up the fight, Ezra Bridger was lost.
Ezra and Sabine were very close friends due to being the youngest members of the Ghost crew. Because of his younger age, Sabine acts as an older sister to Ezra, due to the fact that she has her own younger brother and is fiercely protective of him.
The wedding of Sabine Wren and Ezra Bridger took place in Keldabe nearly two months after the Battle of Endor with the pursuit taking place from early morning in the Adenla Market to nightfall at Dal'voris Park. The two then embarked on a honeymoon across Mandalore for the next few months.

Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia Organa were born the day after the formation of the Galactic Empire and Ezra Bridger's birth, which makes them a day younger than Ezra Bridger.

Ezra is one of the few Jedi to actively fight against the Empire in the years leading up to the Battle of Yavin. He was born on Empire Day, the symbolic holiday that marked the end of the Clone Wars and the start of Emperor Palpatine's rule over the galaxy.
But he ultimately proved his allegiance to the light side of the Force in the Rebels season 4 finale. Now that Ezra Bridger is an unofficial Jedi Knight in Ahsoka, he should take on an apprentice and teach them the ways of the Force, just as Kanan once taught him.
