Unfortunately, the only time I see when you have to choose a path between good or bad is when you're fighting the final boss. If you face the Emperor, you get the Good ending(AKA canon ending), and if you face Darth Vader, you get the bad ending. Yes, those are the only endings.

PS2 version was made by a different developer. And since PS2 couldn't support Ronin engine(The engine which was used in the PS3,360 and PC versions) they chose to make that version with a different engine and with somewhat different gameplay and levels.
