Born to the 15th century warlord Vlad Dracula and a noblewoman named Zofia, as an infant Lilith is banished along with her mother from her father's domain and forced to live as a peasant.
As centuries passed, Lilith ruled many kingdoms directly, through her lovers, or through her children. She dedicated much of her time to conceiving powerful lines of children, including the Lilin, the Djinn, the incubi, and the succubi.
Owing to the vampire's ruthless nature and desire to rule, he's earned many opponents, but none so strong as those of his own flesh and blood—Lilith, his daughter whose own curse sets her against Dracula; and his sons Janus, Xarus, and Vlad Tepulus.

What species is Lilith?
In mythology, Lilith is supposedly the primordial she-demon or the original succubus, however, it is unknown if either of these traits are canon in Hazbin Hotel. As Succubi are a species in the Hellaverse's depiction of Hell, it is not clear if Lilith herself is connected to them.
As time passed, the nephalem devolved into humans. However, Lilith was not entirely forgotten by her progeny, and she was regarded as "the First Mother" (of humanity) in legends. At some point, Rathma was imparted with a prophecy that foretold Lilith's return to Sanctuary, along with Inarius.
