This show is sutible for a very mature 13 year old and should not be shown by anyone below this age! It has got alot of gore and some sex sceans but very very few. The first scean is quite scary and very bloody, it includes a decapitated head and a throat slit! This is a great TV show, must watch!
We were shocked by the disturbingly demented content and graphic psychologically damaging descriptions that were depicted in first 20 minutes of this movie. Nothing like the prior Scream movies! My husband and I usually like horror movies, but I would advise any parents to keep kids under 18 from watching this .

The movie is still plenty R-rated, but very, very much toned down from, say, the original. Instead it's more character and story-driven, which may not be the first two things you think of when you think of the "Scream" franchise, but it is.
