Is Thirteen Reasons Why appropriate for a 13 year old?

So, should my kid watch it? Definitely not. This show is for a very mature audience so the best rule of thumb for parents is to hold off on Euphoria until they are 17 or 18, or until you're absolutely sure they can handle it.
