Sirius had a younger brother, Regulus Arcturus Black, and three older cousins: Bellatrix Lestrange, Andromeda Tonks (his favourite cousin and mother of Nymphadora Tonks), and Narcissa Malfoy (mother of Draco Malfoy).
Early Life. Although Sirius was the older son and heir, Regulus's parents liked him more, as he upheld the Black family traditions and was loyal to his parents, although his brother Sirius didn't follow any of the traditions. Regulus is two years younger than Sirius.
Regulus Black is the boyfriend and later on husband to half-blood classmate Hestia Jones. Regulus becomes the father to Renee Black after his school years. From 1972 to 1979 he attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and was sorted into Slytherin House.
Sirius' love for Regulus is a VERY popular theme in Marauders-era fanfiction. However, there is nothing in the books to suggest he cared deeply, or at all, about Regulus.
Bellatrix was on relatively good terms with her other cousin, Regulus, who was also a Death Eater during the First Wizarding War. As a child, Regulus was terrified of her, however, as he grew up he felt inclined to get on her good side.

Who is Delphini raised by? After the deaths of her parents, Voldemort and Bellatrix Lestrange, Delphini is raised by Euphemia Rowle, who was not fond of her and allegedly only took her because she was offered a substantial amount of gold.
He felt nothing for his family, and only wanted his friends in school to rally around him because he wanted to hold power over them. Bellatrix Lestrange was obviously in love with him and worshiped him, but he only cared for her servitude, not her. We know that he did not date anyone, even when at Hogwarts.
As Sirius did not know the truth about how Regulus died, he assumed that Regulus had simply gotten in too far and been killed by Voldemort for his defection. He expressed regrets about the end his brother had come to.
Sirius was only 36 years old when he tragically died at the hands of Bellatrix Lestrange. Since most of the adult Harry Potter actors were older than their characters, the age changes in the films helped hide just how young Sirius actually was.
Later on in life Marlene becomes the wife to Pure-Blood Wizard Sirius Black and the mother to their children Half-Bloods Aries, and Artemis Black. She is the sister-in-law to Pure-Blood Wizard Regulus Black, Muggle-born witch Vivienne Price and aunt to Half-Blood Renee Black.
Regulus was sorted into Slytherin and he became close friends with Barty Crouch. Jr. When Sirius left home, Regulus found Sirius's notes on becoming an Animagus, and he and Barty secretly became Animagi, themselves, with Regulus as a cat, and Barty as a weasel.
When showing Harry the Black family tapestry, Sirius says he "hate[s] the whole lot of them", refers to Regulus as an "idiot" for believing in their parents' "pure-blood mania" and as a "stupid idiot" for joining the Death Eaters, and speculates that he was killed on Voldemort's orders for getting scared and trying to ...
After the conclusion of the Second Wizarding War, Hermione sought out her parents and returned their memories. They presumably then returned to England.
The Order battles the Death Eaters in the "Death Chamber". During a frenzied duel with Bellatrix, Sirius taunts her for failing to harm him. Bellatrix strikes Sirius with a curse, sending him backwards into the veil and to his death.
In the film, Bellatrix hit Sirius with the Killing Curse, Avada Kedavra, killing him before he passes through the Veil. In the book, the curse that hits Sirius is not identified (although it is rumoured to be Stupefy because of the red light), and him being knocked through the Veil is what causes his death.
In the sixth book, it is stated that Dumbledore's funeral is the first Harry Potter ever attended. It is explained that no funeral was ever held for Sirius Black because his body was never recovered. This presumably indicates that the body left the world of the living entirely when it fell through the veil.
Overview. Regulus Black is the brother of Sirius Black. He is also a former Death Eater, although he defied Voldemort and found, and intended to destroy, Salazar Slytherin's locket (a horcrux) and died when dragged into the lake and drowned by Voldemort's inferi.
Like most people during this time that disappeared it was assumed Voldemort or some Death Eater killed him. The way Sirius tells Harry it is assumed Regulus was a young kid who got in over his head and got cold feet. After he realized he wasn't cut out to be a Death Eater he ran away and was killed for it.
If neither Lily or James died, then there simply wouldn't be a story any more… Harry wouldn't be the Boy Who Lived, and Voldemort wouldn't have been defeated. In theory, we could possibly make things work if only one of James or Lily survived.
In the play "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child," which has become part of "Harry Potter" canon, it was revealed that Bellatrix conceived a child with none other than Lord Voldemort.
Sometime following this, Bellatrix would secretly engage in a sexual relationship with Voldemort. Out of this union would be born their daughter Delphini, who would be given over to be raised by the Rowle family, a family sworn to Voldemort.
Cecilia. Cecilia was a Muggle who was heavily implied to have been Tom's sweetheart. Tom used terms of affection to her and comforted her when she was shocked by Morfin's dead snake. It can be presumed Tom lost her when Merope Gaunt forced him to marry her.
